Staff needs to be retrained on hand washing and wearing gloves when handling food. I watched a young woman pull out her phone after handling food without attempting to wash her hands especially with Covid. I'm disappointed in what was going on. I work in food myself, so I know the protocol
I called in an order for 1 Hawaiian and 1 pepperoni pizza. I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I said okay and continued driving towards the Little Ceasars in West Columbia. I arrived there 15 minutes after the order was placed, so I sat in a chair in the waiting area. As I waited and watched, I saw a man come in and ask for a pepperoni pizza .
