Fiance was excited about the Pretzel crust. We ordered 2 pizzas, one had regular crust and one pretzel.
As we’re walking out we check the pizzas. Both regular crust.
They insisted it had pretzel crust but they both looked the exact same crust as the regular pizza. Wouldn’t fix it after I had already paid.

We've ordered from here a couple times and we're generally happy with what we get. Quality varies a little, but nothing unredeemable. If you order ahead they don't always meet the pickup time and you have to wait a few minutes.

Employees on the phone during dinner rush and my pizza looked like it was just thrown together when I asked for a bag and napkins I was told you were out also was quoted ten minutes for my order and it was more like 25 minutes

I had a team function and Matthew the owner was amazing! I needed 4 pizzas on a Sat at 1130, showed up and were taking them out of the oven! GREAT job, and thank you!

The lady at the front was very nasty. No customer service and act as if she had an bad attitude thee whole time. Who doesn't greet they're customers but instead just looks at them and says what. Just rude

Came in for a pizza and a cashier of the name Sanira was being extremely rude to me and seemed to have an attitude with other customers as well. Bad experience overall

Laura was very disrespectful towards me and my 8 year old daughter. The manger did his best to rectify her behavior but her attitude is unacceptable. All I wanted was a stuffed crust peperoni pizza for christ sake. 1/24/25 at 1030pm. Despite Laura's rude and disrespectful attitude towards the world the pizza was decent.

was they didn't have anything hot and ready, yet the next 3 customers behind me walked right in and out with pizzas out of the ready box. crazy how everyone picks to be nice
