Little Caesars Pizza

#hotandready. They were not hot and ready had to wait 20 minutes

Little Ceasars is my favorite!!! I'm glad they were able to make a comeback!

2nd day in a row I've seen an employee SMOKING with one foot and and one foot out at the back door with the door open. Basically in the store. Gross.

It's Little Caesars. Good if you don't want to spend $30 on a pizza.

This location on Dreher Rd W. Cola has been terrible every single time I have gone there to get food. I have seen some real nasty things go on there, which made me stop going. If you value your health, change your location because it is not worth it.

I have complained to the store manager, and there have been no changes, no results, and basically an I don't care attitude. I then reached out to I guess what would be the regional manager, and still no changes or a return call.

How they pass inspection I don't know!

UPDATE. (After several attempts to reach the store or anyone at Little Ceasars, we never received a phone call back or any sort of communication. We haven't been back and will probably go with Marco's going forward . DO BETTER LITTLE CEASARS! )........We ordered on our app. When we arrived to pick up our pizza, my husband realized he had forgotten his phone with the code. We explained this to the staff and "manager " Jessica, and she refused to help us and give our pizza to us without the phone. My husband had his driver license and credit card he used but she refused to look the order up and verify him so we could receive our already paid for pizza. Jessica was very cold and rude. They were not busy, and we were the only customers in there. We could literally see our pizza in the ready boxes, but she just kept saying she needed to see my husband's phone and could do nothing for us without it. Jessica is clearly not able to take on the responsibilities of a manager position because when dealing with customers, sometimes you have to provide other solutions and go above and beyond. There is always a way, and she clearly needs more training in the customer service area. We will continue to go to Little Ceasars, but maybe not this location. We usually go to Dreher Plaza and they are always very kind and professional.

I ordered on line and forgot my phone and manager would not give me my order without me showing her my phone to prove it was me.... I gave them my license and debit card used to purchase the food but still not good enough... had to have the phone... which I forgot... they will not get anymore of my business or money... ever

The young boy who works at the front has the worst attitude. He ALWAYS looks pissed when I come in and is always in a hurry to get me out. I came through the drive through once to pick up a DoorDash because it was after 10pm and I thought the lobby was closed. He told me to drive around in 5 minutes because the order was still at the back of the oven. I drove around and he told me to come inside because he can’t give me a DoorDash order through the window. That’s fine but he said it like I was stupid and inconveniencing him. Why not just tell me the 1st time and save the attitude? I hate having to pick up orders from here.

My create own pizza was supposed to be pepperoni/black olives & green pepper ABSOLUTELY NO GREEN PEPPER
My cheesy bread NO MARINARA SAUCE, and my crazy puffs NO PEPPERONI
ABSOLUTELY very dissatisfied, paid for 3 topping 's only got 2
I live 30 minutes from the store, AGAIN.... Very dissatisfied ?

Drive thru order. Girl said 15 minutes. Waited the 15. Went to window to pick up and the young person had no clue of my order. I asked if he needed receipt and he said yep that would help! He was an odd character. I seen no others customers while waiting in the car. He gave us 2 pizzas and 2 breadsticks. Got home- not our pizzas! Clearly those had been made awhile- warm not HOT. Crust too hard even for the dog.
No answer when I called multiple times 2 days.
Used to be the best LC. Never again ?
