Popular for 1 meat-3 veggies. Country fried & Chicken fried steak were enjoy by our little group. The veggies- some better than others. The Collard greens were very good after adding salt and pepper sauce (vinegar), Cabbage also. There was no seasoning (salt/pepper) in the food. The cornbread was a disappointment as others was too dry. However, everyone has their own thoughts on food prep. These are just my thoughts. It is a popular food chain in South Carolina.
That’s my fried catfish breakfast. Lots of choices like hash browns that looked yummy too but I chose grits. It came served with two eggs which were cooked exactly to my liking and biscuit from heaven. I never miss a meal at Lizards Thicket when I am down south!
Food is amazing service is fast waiter was faster then superman her name was april atmosphere amazing I recommend the chicken leg we had 8 people so it took about 5 minutes for a table but it was worth it I would give 10 stars if I could
