I waited over 20 minutes after placing an order in store while staff chatted idly, hanging around. The store was not busy and neither me or the guy standing next to me could get any service.
Update: The customer next to me walked out of the store even after placing their order because of how long it took.

Would give the lady handing out food at drive thru a zero if possible. If you can't talk and relate to people that have a problem with their order, you don't need to be working there. Find you a stay-at-home job. Fries were very salty & not hot. It would have been nice to I've gotten some napkins with the order.

The lobby was closed before closing time posted. Drive thru took 3 minutes before acknowledging I was there. The person did not greet me, just stated you can go ahead with your order.

I order a deal online. I always ask no salt on my fries because of my high blood pressure. Why do they put the back in the grease to get the salt off of them? They taste very nasty like that and very old. Why can't they just cook fresh fries for me or wait I know because they're some people there that must be lazy. But this isn't the first time it's happened.
