Not the greatest. Took forever to get my online order, not once was I asked what I was waiting for I had to interrupt someone as they walked from the back to ask about my order. Needs some cleaning.

Nobody answered drive through with both lanes occupied for over 5 minutes so I go inside with my code and there is a girl standing on her phone leaning against the counter as I call for help multiple times. I finally had to walk back there before she got off her phone and addressed my order. 5:15 pm on 12/11/25

I waited over 20 minutes after placing an order in store while staff chatted idly, hanging around. The store was not busy and neither me or the guy standing next to me could get any service.
Update: The customer next to me walked out of the store even after placing their order because of how long it took.

Would give the lady handing out food at drive thru a zero if possible. If you can't talk and relate to people that have a problem with their order, you don't need to be working there. Find you a stay-at-home job. Fries were very salty & not hot. It would have been nice to I've gotten some napkins with the order.
