Waited over 10 minutes for someone to get to the cash register before a man popped up from the back and took my order. Made eye contact with multiple employees and they just pretended to not see me. One even walked by me without greeting at all. I would've appreciated a "give me a second I'll be right with you" at least.

Worst DriveThru ever. Doesn't matter if its morning, noon, or night, cars or no cars ahead of you. You'll constantly find yourself asking "Hello??" to the speaker.

Had to wait quite a while even though I was the only one at drive-thru to order. Once I placed my order and went around to pick it up I saw that there was an issue (apparently) with customer in front of me. Once I got home w my order my kids happy meals were incorrect but it was good enough because apparently they were having a rough day at McDonald's

Burgers were cold but the fries were fresh. I dined in and almost asked them if they had a microwave for my sandwiches.
The app keeps telling me that I used my deal for the day and I haven't used any deal from the app that day. This has happened the last couple of times and I ended up going elsewhere for my food. Very disappointing.

Do not recommend this location just left there my boyfriend ordered a frappe and the lady said it in the most nasty way that it’s down and her and her workers started laughing about it my thing is do your job McDonald’s and stop having poor customer service could at least offered him something else instead of laughing about it do your job

The service at this store became questionable a few years back, mainly due to what I remember as being the night manager at that time. As a result, I stopped going to that location - which was a shame, because I grew up with this McDonald's(in the Fairlawn Circle neighborhood, just a few blocks down Charleston Highway).However, in the past couple of weeks, I have eaten there about three times - always in the evening - with my latest visit Friday night Jan. 19, 2024. Everything was great. I was served with a smile by the cute little front cashier, who inquired as to my order... I KNOW, RIGHT?!?AWESOME... considering that I ordered from the inside kiosk! I had a question for the manager regarding the survey on my receipt, and she responded quickly and courteously and very professionally, which is a return to the McDonalds I love, not what it briefly became just a few short years backHow refreshing!Most people these days, when they see me on my bicycle, assume the worst for some reason, when in all actuality I am a brain cancer survivor of over six years now, with a nice home in Springdale, but unable at this time to drive because of past seizures. I ride my white McCloné Electric bike to this store and park in front of the doors at the handrail (out of the way, of course) and this crew has never treated me as anything but a valued customer, and it is my pleasure to thank them all for a job very well done!This crew has given me hope for humanity and proven that custo.er service is still alive and breathing... repeatedly.5 stars!
