Service sucks

I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve had too many negative experiences at this McDonald’s.

Today, I ordered two Happy Meals with hamburgers no buns (just patties, since my kids can’t have the buns). At the drive-thru, I asked if ketchup could be added to the bag. When I got to the window, the employee handed me the food, and when I asked if there was ketchup inside, she said, “I don’t know, I’m going on break,” and walked away.

When I checked the bags, I saw the hamburgers still had buns. I went inside to have them corrected, but was told, “We can’t ring Happy Meals like that.” I’ve ordered the exact same way before with no issue, so this felt more like an excuse than the truth. After some attitude, they eventually brought me two patties tossed into a chicken nugget tray and walked away without saying a word.

The lack of customer service and unwillingness to properly fix a simple mistake was frustrating. Sadly, this isn’t the first poor experience I’ve had here, and after today, I don’t plan on coming back.

After sitting through the drive-thru, they then tell me they do not have the food I ordered and just look at me. So I ask to cancel the order since they didn't have another solution. Then they said they could not cancel the order because it was ordered through the app. They can't give me the food ordered and can't return my money.

So i have high blood pressure and i try to eliminate any extra salt when i order. I ordered a no salt double quarter pounder which i got. Plus i ordered a medium NO salt fry.. They had the audacity to bring my food to my table double salted with SALT packets on the tray!! Talk about being petty about that.

If I could give this location a zero rating, I would. While I don't ever wait a super long time for my order, it's clear that they rush because it's NEVER correct. Today my McChicken had rotten lettuce, my burger was missing items and incorrectly packaged. They didn't pack any napkins or straws with my order. There was also a woman prepping food, who I saw texting WITH HER FOOD PREP GLOVES ON and didn't even bother to change them. Lastly, there was also a homeless person sleeping in the lobby.

To make matters worse, I tried calling the store several times regarding my order and no one ever answered. Not sure what's going on with this location, but this is ALARMING. Minus them replacing the order I already spent money on, I don't plan on eating here ever again. Disgusted.

Completely unsatisfactory service. The franchisee should be ashamed.

Bathrooms were disgusting and lacked soap.
Service was abysmal, and somehow missed up 5 of 6 orders ordered via kiosk.
Kiosks were missing receipt paper so when an order was placed customers didn't receive their order number.
Multiple patrons sleeping inside the establishment at 9:30 AM

This is the friendliest McDonald's staff I've ever encountered in my whole life. I'm actually shocked. Kudos to the staff today! Thank you.

Took forever to be waited on to place my order because I couldn't order what I wanted on the kiosk. Took forever to get my food, which I ordered for here and was given in a bag like to go. Didn't get my drinks until my food was good and cold, had to ask a manager for my drinks. Wanted blue slushie didn't have it, wanted iced mocha didn't have it. Pathetic I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to my worst enemy.

Can we get someone in here to tighten this place up? This location loses more customers waiting in line than it serves. Drive thru was a 30 min. Ridiculous. Need to quit eating this garbage anyway.

I don’t know what seems to be going on at this McDonalds lately but the staff and service suck. I was charged for the wrong order and it took over 15 minutes for someone to return my card to me.

Then tonight at the drive thru I had 2 separate codes. The first code worked for my first mobile order, the 2nd one seemed to be complicated even with the confirmation of the app. The person taking my order made it well know that I was speaking with the manager and that they didn’t see anything. To my surprise , I pull around to the window to show my receipt on the app & guess what?? They found my order! Then once pulling up to the 2nd window to get my food they now had no receipt of my 1st code so I got half my food. I now see why half of the stuff walked out.
