Terrible customer service they couldn't even verbally tell me they held their phone up to the window saying they were short staffed I placed an order on the mobile app for pickup at the counter I get to the door and they have the lobby locked at 4pm and the kicker is I can't even cancel my order

It's McDonald's. This location gets busy and for the life of me, I can't understand why McDonald's can't be consistent with getting your order correct. Not to mention that this location has some employees with an attitude. You know the type I'm talking about. Never leave without checking your order.

Placed a delivery order and was missing a burger tried to call and tell them they forgot my burger, no answer. So I’m out$5.00 with no way to get reimbursed because I have no car.

Last night I got there around 11:15pm and didn’t leave until 12:00am. There were 5 people helped that pulled up after me in the drive thru before she ever came to my window to take my order. I said something nicely and she was rude about it. I know they were short staffed and I wasn’t mad about that but it was the way it was handled. Once I got home I was excited to eat my food but then the fries were so hard and crunchy you couldn’t eat half of them. Also the bread on our burgers was so hard when you bit into it, it crunched in my mouth. But I would like to point out the guy that I spoke too at the window that handed me my food was really nice (not the same person who took my order and was being rude).

I don’t often do fast food restaurants but will occasionally grab breakfast at one. This McDonald’s is the closest one to my house One thing is for certain at this location. No matter how busy or dead they are it will be the slowest place you have ever been. Plan on waiting 15-30 minutes after you order to get your food.
