Wasn't expecting much customer service being this was McDonald's but wow, zero greetings/smiles from any of the drive-thru employees plus they forgot a fry and zero apologies or even acknowledgment. Currently living in Germany and was back in West Cola visiting family, and I can say the McDonald's employees in Germany are much friendlier than the employees at this West Cola location. So much for southern hospitality...

Expectations for McDonald’s at preset low, this place served me breakfast burritos that were melted goo at the bottom of the bag. Gross.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but I gotta do it here. This is by far the worst run McDonalds that I have ever been to. Placed my order online this evening and pulled up for curbside pickup for what was supposed to be a 3-5 minute wait. 30 minutes later and nothing. After witnessing several other people leave with no food, and other people angry and honking in the drive thru not moving at all, I just went inside. Took another 5-10 minutes inside to flag somebody down to refund my money (since you can't cancel an order in the app). I didn't raise my voice or get nasty or anything just calmly asked for a refund, which they did. Absolutely no apology, or a sorry we are short staffed (they seemed to be very well staffed by the way), or any acknowledgement whatsoever. I don't know why people keep going back to this place. I legitimately hope this McDonalds goes out of business. Guess the joke is on me for waiting so long.

Worst customer service of all mcdonalds. 20 minutes of waiting and not a single acknowledgement. When I asked, hello? the response was wait like everyone else. Very rude and disrespectful. Other patrons waiting as well and not a single greet or acknowledgement of their needs. One customer asked for ice and the idiot just pushed passed her as she didn't even exist. Also the whole restaurant smelled like dirty toilet water, so that's 20 minutes of waiting in a bathroom! Felt like its being runned like a trailer park!

This mcdonalds is always clean, customer service always nice. Order usually correct even in drive thru. Ordered sausage biscuits and hot cakes, cooked rights and fresh. Not a long wait.

Terrible customer service they couldn't even verbally tell me they held their phone up to the window saying they were short staffed I placed an order on the mobile app for pickup at the counter I get to the door and they have the lobby locked at 4pm and the kicker is I can't even cancel my order
