Last night I got there around 11:15pm and didn’t leave until 12:00am. There were 5 people helped that pulled up after me in the drive thru before she ever came to my window to take my order. I said something nicely and she was rude about it. I know they were short staffed and I wasn’t mad about that but it was the way it was handled. Once I got home I was excited to eat my food but then the fries were so hard and crunchy you couldn’t eat half of them. Also the bread on our burgers was so hard when you bit into it, it crunched in my mouth. But I would like to point out the guy that I spoke too at the window that handed me my food was really nice (not the same person who took my order and was being rude).

I don’t often do fast food restaurants but will occasionally grab breakfast at one. This McDonald’s is the closest one to my house One thing is for certain at this location. No matter how busy or dead they are it will be the slowest place you have ever been. Plan on waiting 15-30 minutes after you order to get your food.

Last 2 times here, sat in the drive thru line for roughly 10 mins b4 the line moves. Neither time the milkshake machine was working or they just don't serve it there.? And was handed a partial order.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s the lobby is always closed around 8 or 9. When i know for a fact that the lobby isn’t supposed to be closed until 10 or 11. It is very inconvenient for the customers.

Horrible service. The manager needs to be fired he wouldn’t even walk to the counter to take my friends order when we asked him. Do not come here.

Absolutely terrible service. A doordasher was trying to get the meal for his customer and after waiting an extended amount of time he confronted the staff. They got a smart ass attitude with him and then kicked him out of his store and threatened him with a negative review. Not once was an attempt made by management to fix the problem or deescalate the situation.
This piss poor service is constant with this facility and honestly I don't know why I went today. I can promise this. I'll never return and corporate needs to do a massive clean up at this location.

The service was polite with a smile. Got what I ordered. Best McDonalds service in decades. I usually avoid McDonalds, but this one was good.
Food is consistently good. Staff is super! I stop here more than other McDonald's.
