Service is ridiculous messed our order up 4 out of 5 times fixing it and then one or more of the guys had the place smelling like weed

Overall good experience. Not the cleanest place in the world, but it had great food and great employees that were very nice. The booths are kind of tight together, almost got stuck and I’m a stick (light weight) though I am 6’. We had 4 quesadillas and they were all good!

I just ordered a chicken quesadilla. The young man who rung my oder proceeded to go over to my food on the grill WITHOUT GLOVES and put his hands on my food after rubbing his nose, touching the register, etc. I brought it to his attention that he was touching my food. He put on gloves and apologized, but at that point, it's too late. He didn't offer to remake my food. I didn't want to make a big scene and I had already paid for the food. Needless to say, my dog had a treat. I refuse to eat that and you would think after covid people would be more mindful to be SANITARY especially when it comes to food. Smh.

Poor service. Staff were lackadaisical with serving guests and maintaining dining room cleanliness. Management needs to kick it into high gear or offer better systems to motivate employees. Poorly managed location.

Consistently get mobile orders flat out rejected, it forces me to get my order across town at the other store. If you advertise your store on the food delivery apps, you should be able to fulfill it to the best of your ability.

$16 Burrito didn’t have shit on it. And I waited 20 min for that damn thing. Figure your shit out for the love of god.

Great location and the staff is always friendly.

The portions of their cold products is frankly, abysmal on the line. Cheese is a dusting of cheese and getting smaller, the pico they give you may as well be a single roma tomato, and the lettuce you get is half a leaf. The portions that people were complaining about Chipotle dishing out were still more substantial than this.

Took 20 minutes because of online orders even though we were only real people in line. They were nice though. Food was good, but the chips we got were the last of the previous batch I think.

Food is always great!!
