Moe's Southwest Grill

I just left this store and the service by Jullian(the manager) was completely unacceptable. No proper communication between staff so the customer has to catch mistakes before being overcharged. After asking for utensils for salsa bar I was given attitude and told “can you just give us a min we just opened up? “ I was not being rude up until that moment. I asker her why did she come into work if she didn’t want to. The store clearly is being ran into the ground with this manager as a leader. Looking at the previous reviews i don’t care what deal you give out would never go to this store again.

I love coming here when I get the chance. The food is good amazing, the service however isnt always so. I now only come on nights because the manager Jamie is always so kind and aware because of past experiences with other managers being rude. I have to give her a lot of props... she is always sweet and makes sure my order is right. I wish I took pictures but I was so hungry

I am usually not one to leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. There was a black piece of plastic inside my burrito tonight—it was tucked inside the food, not on the outside. This is a serious health and safety concern, and I could not finish eating it. Very disappointed with this location and will not be returning.

Went around 8:30 to get food , the three employees wouldn’t stop cleaning to take my order , so I walked out . It’s always a issue when I go to this location.

Manager and employee was very rude. I asked for some mild salsa because they had every salsa there but mild, I was told the guy took it to the back already to put up, I ask if I could just get a cup the employee came back after waiting a long time for it and slammed it on counter. Didn't even say here you go ma'am I had to ask if it was for me no answer. Told Manager on duty didn't even care just said have a nice night. Won't be back.

Food was delicious, and the young lady that checked me out was very polite, but the way some of the staff talked to that young Black girl is disrespectful...Especially seeing as she was the only person of color in there.

I usually leave satisfied with my order at this location—but not this time. I ordered my usual Homewrecker bowl, and it tasted off from the first bite. The rice was clumped together like it had been sitting too long, and the chicken tasted like it was cooked days ago and reheated. It didn’t have that fresh flavor I’ve come to expect.

My husband and I usually split a bowl, but neither of us could finish this one. We ended up throwing it away, which is frustrating—especially when money’s tight and every meal counts. If you’re serving old food, just say that. I don’t like feeling misled or taken advantage of when I’m spending my money.

Overall good experience. Not the cleanest place in the world, but it had great food and great employees that were very nice. The booths are kind of tight together, almost got stuck and I’m a stick (light weight) though I am 6’. We had 4 quesadillas and they were all good!
