Papa Johns Pizza

There was a lot of crust on the pizza and little toppings. Disappointed. 😞 Usually Papa John's is better than this.

I ordered a large. Extra cheese extra pepperoni extra Italian sausage. What i got was regular sweet disgusting sausage. There were only 7 1/2 pepperoni on 3 slices. The crust was hard. Easily the WORST pizza I've ever had and I've had Little Caesars. They don't have to worry about me ordering from them again. EVER

I ordered door dash and had a problem, they did everything they could to help me and the made to order philly cheesesteak pizza was one of the best i have ever had. This place is on fire with everything. They are really nice people too.

I placed an order online through the website and they redirected my delivery to Doordash. I never received my food or refund!

Wings were so good as if they came off the grill. Yummy 😋....highly recommend restaurant as a choice. Customer Service A+...They are very welcoming and polite. A welcoming atmosphere and clean restaurant. Their Meet and Greet is amazing 👏... Superb

I tracked a pizza order I placed online and when the pizza tracker told me my order was ready, I got in my car and came through the drive thru. I was then told by a guy working there that the pizza just went in the oven. I was confused because he clearly has the wrong order. He proceeds to tell me he was busy for the last hour, like it's my fault. I come into the store to see what is going on and they haven't even started my pizzas. He tried to say he has no control over pizzas coming through the system. Why would the system tell me the pizza is done when it wasn't even started. Clearly, I want my money back because I had to wait for 20 min on a pizza that takes 8 min in the oven.

Will never order here again. How do you order a pizza at 8:55. Call them at 9:30 after they said it would only be 25 mins. They tell you oh your order is already out for delivery. Then here comes 10:20. Then they tell me they don’t know what happen to my order and they wanted to know if I would come pick it up or did I want to wait for another driver to deliver. Service like this is crazy an I work in the food industry everyday an would never. You couldn’t pay me to eat here ever again.

Papa Johns Pizza provided timely service, and great pizza and wings. We tried a barbecue pizza that we had never tried before, and it was excellent! Our family can always count on Papa Johns to provide us with a top notch pizza experience.

Omg I can't say anything better about my order & delivery. The driver was AMAZING I wish I would have got his name. He literally told me ways to save money to get pizzas from Papa John's points online. He was fenominal! The pizza came out absolutely perfect! I can't thank you guys enough! I wanted Chinese as I am 6 months pregnant however my ole man only left me cash. So no one but pizza gets delivered with cash anymore due to door dash etc. so I had the choice of little Caesars, dominos or Papa Johns. Of course I went with Papa John's they are the best. However I was nervous after reading the reviews but I couldn't help but to post a review because this is amazing! This is the Works pizza with no sausage! Better than the Chinese I was wanting LoL!

Sadly 😟 this is NOT going to be a good review. I ordered their Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza with EXTRA Cheese and Cheese Sticks. There definitely was NOT Extra Cheese on the pizza and barely any cheese in the Crust. The Cheese Sticks had way more cheese on them. I'm totally disappointed and giving them several thumbs down 👎 👎👎👎👎

Why does this place always do the bare minimum? I don’t understand how a pizza can be half cooked and half undercooked.
