Papa Johns Pizza

Wings were so good as if they came off the grill. Yummy 😋....highly recommend restaurant as a choice. Customer Service A+...They are very welcoming and polite. A welcoming atmosphere and clean restaurant. Their Meet and Greet is amazing 👏... Superb

I tracked a pizza order I placed online and when the pizza tracker told me my order was ready, I got in my car and came through the drive thru. I was then told by a guy working there that the pizza just went in the oven. I was confused because he clearly has the wrong order. He proceeds to tell me he was busy for the last hour, like it's my fault. I come into the store to see what is going on and they haven't even started my pizzas. He tried to say he has no control over pizzas coming through the system. Why would the system tell me the pizza is done when it wasn't even started. Clearly, I want my money back because I had to wait for 20 min on a pizza that takes 8 min in the oven.

Will never order here again. How do you order a pizza at 8:55. Call them at 9:30 after they said it would only be 25 mins. They tell you oh your order is already out for delivery. Then here comes 10:20. Then they tell me they don’t know what happen to my order and they wanted to know if I would come pick it up or did I want to wait for another driver to deliver. Service like this is crazy an I work in the food industry everyday an would never. You couldn’t pay me to eat here ever again.

Papa Johns Pizza provided timely service, and great pizza and wings. We tried a barbecue pizza that we had never tried before, and it was excellent! Our family can always count on Papa Johns to provide us with a top notch pizza experience.

Omg I can't say anything better about my order & delivery. The driver was AMAZING I wish I would have got his name. He literally told me ways to save money to get pizzas from Papa John's points online. He was fenominal! The pizza came out absolutely perfect! I can't thank you guys enough! I wanted Chinese as I am 6 months pregnant however my ole man only left me cash. So no one but pizza gets delivered with cash anymore due to door dash etc. so I had the choice of little Caesars, dominos or Papa Johns. Of course I went with Papa John's they are the best. However I was nervous after reading the reviews but I couldn't help but to post a review because this is amazing! This is the Works pizza with no sausage! Better than the Chinese I was wanting LoL!

Sadly 😟 this is NOT going to be a good review. I ordered their Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza with EXTRA Cheese and Cheese Sticks. There definitely was NOT Extra Cheese on the pizza and barely any cheese in the Crust. The Cheese Sticks had way more cheese on them. I'm totally disappointed and giving them several thumbs down 👎 👎👎👎👎

Why does this place always do the bare minimum? I don’t understand how a pizza can be half cooked and half undercooked.

I have ordered multiple times and have been happy, but I recently ordered and my food never came despite it saying it was delivered. I called the store and the person on the phone only offered a refund. If that is how you resolve the issue, you and I are done Papa Johns. Is that how you treat your customers. I really wanted my food, not a refund. The only thing to do is wait and see if they really refund my money. Damn, I expect better.

When I arrived to pick it up, everything else was more important than getting me my pre ordered food. Pizza was okay. I have definitely had better, even from them.

I really like the pizza, most of the time, but everything is just inconsistent with this location. I usually don't get the extra sauce cups I order, but i did today, but pepperoni was added that I didn't order, i don't like pepperoni, and the bbq chicken had pretty much no sauce. I don't complain when something is off, but now that I've used the 10 bucks in rewards I had, I don't think I'll be ordering again.

This location has gone down hill a great deal in recent years. Only place that delivers to my location unfortunately. You can guarantee that the pizza will be made wrong or that the order will be missing something when delivered. It's usually cold upon delivery and just not the same quality it used to be. They will offer a store credit or a refund but not to bring out the missing or incorrect item. I only still order because my kids like it.

They delivered a pizza without the correct toppings. After a quick phone call, they immediately sent out another pizza free of charge. Great customer service and delicious pizza!
