After being in line at Rosewood location for an extremely long time (no fault of the single employee working - she was doing her best), we decided to drive the 4.1 miles to the Center Street location…and wow, happy jubilant young lady met us at the drive up window and took our order. It’s a quick ride over from Rosewood if waiting in mid day heat is a little much for you.

What perfect place to get a cool, shaved ice treat! With over 100 different flavors, you can combine and be as creative as you wish, making your summer way cooler.BONUS! Treat your staff to all they have by having them come to you with their Mobile Service Station. They have been tonour office at least once year, and they are as delightful at the store as they are in their mobile.

Good service, but my main issue is the safety of the staff. When I went last week there was only one teenage boy working by himself and I believe that this is unsafe in the area to have one teenager working the shop by himself, especially because I went later in the day so the sun would set in an hour or two. Other than my main concern, the service was wonderful!

We had the pleasure of having the Pelican's truck and Matt out to our warehouse on Friday. Everyone had a great time. Matt was very responsive while booking, pricing is unbelievably reasonable, and he is the frienliest guy! We will definitely be using him again! TODAY WE WAS TOLD THAT WE GOT A SNOW CUP WITH NO TOP BALL OF SNOWBALL BECAUSE WE ORDERED TO GO AND OUR CUPS WAS HALFWAY FILLED. THE DAY BEFORE I CAN ORDER AVALANCHE AND GOT IT WITH THE SNOWBALL ON TOP. AM NOT SURE WHAT WAS WITH THE STAFF TODAY BUT IT WAS POOR SERVICE WITH ATTITUDE AND WE GOT LESS THAN WHAT WE PAID FOR AND COULD NOT REACH A MANAGER AND THE ICEY WAS NOT AT ITS BEST QUALITY DUE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW THEY MADE THE SNOBALL WITH NO ICE OR HARDLY NOTHING IN THE CUP. I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HOW ORDERING TO GO EFFECT THE AMOUNT I GOT FOR MY MONEY. PLEASE HELP

nice place to go to on a hot day for cold treat they have so many different flavors and combinations my favorite is the green apple in the mango my kids go crazy for this place I fully recommend that you go there and the kids will have a good time as well

I was not a fan of snow cones but my friend insisted that it was different. How true. I'm not sure how they manage to make the ice and flavor meld as one but the do and its melt in your mouth good. On top of that the variety of flavors is limitless.

I really love Pelicans. I probably go there twice a year at best. My only advice is if you’re going to order there to be aware of the pricing updates. For the most part the prices are the same but they charge for the extras (no problems with that just be prepared)..I usually order to no sugar added cream and it is $4.50 per for a large. Well I was feening for my yearly treat so I brought cash 10 bucks so I could at least leave a little something for my appreciation in the tip jar so I did and was happy (I know $1 is not that much). But after I ordered I asked them to add some cream. The young ladies then told me that it’ll be 50 cents per cup. No big deal but I already gave that last $1 in the tip jar rather than using it for the cream ?.So just learn from my mistake and make sure you’re aware of the price differences. #stillLoveThisPlace
