Ordered a specialty pizza and 3 boneless wings orders and only received one. Came back to store at 10:50 to get my other 2 8pcs wings that I never received and the employee told me everyone was gone and he couldn’t make the wings nor could he refund me my money for 2 8pcs wings and could ONLY credit me for both wings where I have to come back in 30 days to actually get the 16 wings I already paid for ! Dang shame .

Took my children here after the zoo waited a while to get food and when it did arrive my four year old yelled momma I just smashed a roach... immediately put a slice of pizza down and went and checked.. yep leaving... disgusting never ordering pizza hut again!

The pizza always has topings on half the pizza instead the entire pizza which you pay for. Its always a excuse why the topping are on a few slices. They've consistently done this the last 4 times ive went there. Everyone so pressed for a smoke break instead of making the pizza correctly. I pay for what I want and I'm not getting what I paid for.

This pizza hut has poor service, my dad ordered 2 pizzas just for both of the toppings to be wrong so he had to go back, but that is not even the worst of it. The second time, he has been waiting there for an HOUR (9:44 pm now and way past dinner time) and has faced mediocre customer service. The workers were ignoring him and acting like it wasn’t their fault to begin with. It is just a pizza, ur life is not that hard i promise. All he asked was to get the right pizzas and somehow it took over an hour with no reassurance and positivity? My mom also called and was completely cut off by the woman speaking and couldn’t even get a word out. Never ordering from this place again. Waste of time!

Food was just right. But I was disappointed to see a worker come in from smoking a cigarette to go straight inside to touch someone wing tray at the wing station area where they mix it with the sauce. I hope she didn't fix my wings. It was a very tall thin caucasian older lady. When I mentioned it to the cashier she just lightly said ok. Smh just nasty & unsanitary 🤮
Food was alright, but missing items. Had to ask for one of my items and it wasn't even right when I got it. Food was fresh, I'll definitely go back but I'll be more mindful to make sure my order is complete before leaving. Staff was friendly but sitting on their phones at the front counter when I walked in.

Great experience. Great service. Pizza isn't quite the way I remember it but still very good at this location. We drove from NE Colombia just to have the dine in experience. Pizza Hut needs to bring this back. It made me very nostalgic.

Under staffed and the women that was doing the baking was dress unprofessionally wearing shaggy blue gean shorts and a worn out house shirt she bought from and a bra that didn't support her breasts.
