Can’t remark about the food quality because we never got waited on. Sat at a table for 15 minutes and the workers refused to even look our way, even after going to the counter and requesting menus. Finally just left.

Its was a cluster on christmas eve nobody knew what they were doing waited a hr an half and they didnt give us the right order the manager that night did not do anything and ran around saying she was stressed and I feel she shouldnt be a manager. The only bright spot was joseph the cook he was the only one trying and always had a smile on his face. He deserves a pay raise and a promotion the others that where working should be fired besides joseph

I order from this location a lot but they keep using the regular breadsticks for cinnamon sticks and it is not good. They put too much cinnamon and it just gets nasty and hard I just think they need to do better and give out the proper products I pay for

Walking in no assistance no greeting no hospitality. Several families waiting to be served. Sign stated grab a menu take a seat a staff member will serve you shortly. No menus. Staff member stayed on phone. Went to back of store and stayed. Store seemed to have only 2 working members. Not sure if any other staff. Long wait. Staff members walked around us several times eating and drinking. Staff member took her break. And saw us waiting to be served.

Purchased a T-Mobile Tuesday special and managers Ty and Casey was very nasty. Do not go to this store. Customer Service is very very poor. As mangers are very very nasty!!!!!!
What can I say....Its PIZZA HUT!!! Got that Tiny WING Size with that BIG Wing FLAVOR that'll have you hooked with the BIG BOY PRICES TO MATCH lol!!! Nah..Im JU$T SERIOUS!!!

Ordered a specialty pizza and 3 boneless wings orders and only received one. Came back to store at 10:50 to get my other 2 8pcs wings that I never received and the employee told me everyone was gone and he couldn’t make the wings nor could he refund me my money for 2 8pcs wings and could ONLY credit me for both wings where I have to come back in 30 days to actually get the 16 wings I already paid for ! Dang shame .

Took my children here after the zoo waited a while to get food and when it did arrive my four year old yelled momma I just smashed a roach... immediately put a slice of pizza down and went and checked.. yep leaving... disgusting never ordering pizza hut again!

The pizza always has topings on half the pizza instead the entire pizza which you pay for. Its always a excuse why the topping are on a few slices. They've consistently done this the last 4 times ive went there. Everyone so pressed for a smoke break instead of making the pizza correctly. I pay for what I want and I'm not getting what I paid for.
