Please hire some employees! 1 worker and a trainee cannot run this place at lunch time. At least shut down online ordering to serve the little old ladies who sat in your dining room 20 minutes unacknowledged before they left. I ordered online at 11:45 for a 12:00 pick up and was told it was be AT LEAST 25-30 more minutes due to an employee calling out. While I understand these things are out of the employees control, why has a manager not stepped in? I watched nurses from the hospital spend their whole lunch break waiting on food & Doordash drivers cancelling orders due to wait times.

I ordered delivery, so that rules out Atmosphere. However, the Pizza Hut I order from has gradually gotten much better over the past couple of years, I'd have to say. I believe the ease of the internet, and the opening of a couple of new chain stores, like Marcos, and several specialty restaurants like Cucinella's of which always receives high ratings. So, on any given day, like any other Pizza place, it really boils down to who makes your pizza. One side note,, their prices tend to be a bit higher than some other competitors. But, I like the level of customization that you have at Pizza Hut.

If you dine in, you may want to order ahead and put carry out, then tell them you want to dine in. There is no one to wait on you and the deal lovers special is very confusing. It had signs on the windows, Lovers pizzas for $7 when I went by the other day. This and dine in is open is why I decided to go. It's definitely not the same and I just don't want to go back.
