I have been to a lot of dining establishments and fine dining and was extremely impressed!!! The management and food were on par I say this with full conviction that is the best movie Tuesdays ever ate at. Because of Connecticut has a passion for building a relaxing environment and it is evident with the culture he's built with the employees. Watch out Ruby Tuesday's because that manager is a gem and he needs to be promoted at the first available opportunity. As a person that recruits people for a living I can definitely tell you that there's something special about this location and manager that manages this location. Salmon was cooked to perfection beautiful crust , nice consistency with the glaze and perfectly cooked in the middle.

First I would like to say I absolutely love Ruby Tuesday but the last 3 times I have eaten at 2 different locations one in Lexington sc and the one in West Columbia I was really disappointed we came in the West Columbia location and it was busy came in and you have one server named Yazmeen and she is working the whole restaurant I never saw a manager come out to help her management should NOT do that to any employee salad bar looked like awful but the hot food was good you Ruby Tuesday as a company need to get it together I have never had this problem before at this location Yazmeen you are great Ruby’s is lucky to have you

The food was below subpar. We waited for over 45 minutes for food and when it still hadn't arrived, we decided to take out our order to go. When the food finally arrived, the burgers were burnt. We went to the manager and she acted like it was such an inconvenience and basically had to ask them to redo (which meant we had to wait longer). We also ordered a slice of red velvet and a slice of carrot cake (at $11 a slice) and both cakes were disgusting and the icing was gross. Overall zero starts and never recommend. The service was crap and the food was worse. We spent $150 for 2 people and it wasn't even worth $20.00
