Every time I go through Columbia I try to get Rushs! Today me my mom and aunt all were incredibly disappointed. The burgers were hard as bricks, I hate the fries now and my burger was not the least bit juicy! It was not even busy in therefor our food to be this horrible. My friend said she had been getting disappointed lately as well but I could not wait for my first bite! Horrible! Horrible horrible! I don’t know what the problem was. I spent $33! What’s going on??

Came in from Hilton Head on a road trip Rush was or first stop and the food and atmosphere did not disappoint we both had burgers and a 3 piece chicken to share with milk shakes and we enjoyed.

The worst thing that a restaurant can do is change things without telling customers. Rush’s has been my family favorite for years, but they have changed the french fries. They now have horrible crinkle fries, and the biscuits were changed to nasty hamburger buns. The outside signs at the Rush’s in Lexington still depict the old fries and the old biscuits so that is deceptive advertising. Not coming again.

I’ve been coming to Rush’s for years every time I come into the Columbia area. The food is so good! The burger is always amazing. The milkshake is a nice dessert. But those fries. They are delicious! I normally use ketchup as a habit with most fries I eat. These are the only fries that I feel the ketchup is not needed. To me, that is the sign of a good fry! Keep it up. If I could get a Rush’s in the upstate, I’d be even happier!

Rush’s new crinkle fries are dry and dusty. They won’t listen to the consumer and either bring back the old fries or give their consumers the choice between delicious golden goodness or dry crusty dusty crinkles…. I loved rushs and ate there at least once a week but the new fries just don’t dip the same in a chocolate milkshake so I opt for Wendy’s frosty and fries…..
