Terrible! I ordered 2 wing baskets and both were so hard I couldn’t eat it. $24.20 in this economy. I called several times and left a message the same night I got the food, no answer. I continued to call the next day and left a message, still no answer. It’s now a week later still no call back. I simply wanted my meal replaced. I will not ever order food from this location again. Management should have at least attempted to give me a call back.

Rush’s is a decent local fast food option 🍔 The food is fine overall and gets the job done, but it can feel a little overpriced for the quality you’re getting.
One thing that consistently stands out, though, is the service. Staff are usually friendly, efficient, and keep things moving smoothly, which definitely helps the overall experience.
While the food may not always wow you, the reliable service keeps it a solid stop from time to time 👍

Talisha made sure everything was perfect for us! We are from VA Beach, visiting family and they took us to Rush's and it was DELISH!!! Thank you for making my family's first time visiting delicious and hospitable! Talisha came by our table to make sure our orders were perfect and to our liking. Next time we are in town, We'd love to stop in again!

They are awesome!! Unfortunately their credit/debit card system was down. They gave us our food for free even when I insisted on going next door to get cash! We will be back because they were so friendly and the food is excellent!!

What I ordered: Bacon cheeseburger basket Chicken sandwich
The service was fast and friendly. The burger tasted fresh and comes with standard lettuce, tomato, and onion. The patty was good. It was similar in size to a BK whopper but it doesn't have that artificial smoke flavor on it. May need some salt but overall tasty. The fries are great. Crispy outside and soft inside. Salted well. The meal came with coleslaw and it was really good. If you are a slaw person it has some pickle juice flavor in it. I will probably try the slaw dog next time I am in Columbia. The chicken sandwich is good. Plain with butter and pickles. Not super crispy but made with real chicken and reminds me a bit of a less flavorful cfa sandwich. It is pretty big. This is a good value for the $5 price.
Simple mistakes made me rate it low. Friend from Savannah wanted to go here after going 6-7 years ago and remembered how good the burgers were. Welp she didn’t have a good experience this time around. Unfortunately she found hair on her burger(inside the wrapped cheeseburger on top of bun) which wasn’t a problem initially but the remake she got sat in the window too long so the burger was cold when she got it.
