I came here expecting a little lesser experience like a 3-4 average honestly... but the food came out quickly, the place had indoor seating & was decently clean more than I expected. the servers were nice & cordial & management +server customer service here was above& beyond what I expected a little.
I ordered a rte44 ocean water light ice & they brought me a medium with extra ice. so the speaker was cruddy & misheard each other but I bought & paid for medium according to receipt server showed & clarified to me. I calmly said it was fine I'll take it I was just confused cuz I thought I ordered rte44 but no biggie I can take medium since that's wat I paid for i appreciated fast & nice service. no argument. but the server came back like 3 min later with like a large ocean water & said I can have free no cost as a sorry for the mix-up. just the team service here gave me a sense the customer service is important than most fast food & they're assuming in my opinion 4-5 star & not a 3 star place. I'm sure they have mistakes but decent food cleanliness speed & couldn't ask for better service. great job & my puppy Oliver loved all you guys too ! sorry about the occasional yaps. he tried to order extra food for himself as if we don't feed him ugh

Parking: You drive in, they roll up on roller skates and take your order in a large shaded area. Great especially if it's Raining. 💦

It’s nice to be reminded there are still people in this world who actually care about more than just themselves. I’m at 2424 Augusta rd location it’s 557pm on sept 28th. I don’t remember the young ladies name after the front counter inside the indoor dinning area but she is a great person with an amazing heart. It’s people like her who give me and others like us hope that there are those exception individuals that a lot of other people could learn from. Honestly the food or drink (I only got a root beer float) could have been the worst food and drink ever and I would have still given 5 stars all because of her. But the food and drinks are always great here
Thank you and don’t ever loose that heart.

Girl with the bleached hair in drive thru was incredibly rude, she had asked me to pull up, and when i asked if it was okay that i wait at the window since there was nobody behind me, she got very angry and rude and slammed the window in my face...
I was not rude to her at all, but often when i pull up i get forgotten about and i had my baby with me, she was back instantly with my food, there was no wait needed, so why ask someone to pull up....if its because of your timer, then do better at your job, your timer is not my problem. I do not have to pull up, and shouldn't be treated rudely when i refuse to do so.

The order taker was rude not only that we had to wait for the order then they gave us 2 burgers so we had to go around and wait again
Great service and food. Burgers and fries were hot and delicious. Server saw our bulldog and brought him a pup cup to the patio. So nice!

The Dr. Pepper was flat ( per employee) so my daughter couldn't try the dirty soda. Does anyone know how to change the Co2? My tater tots with cheese was cold and cheese was slice just half melted in tots. Then halfway through them there was hair in them. Threw them out. Very disappointed.

Attentive and kind staff took my order swiftly and even brought my food out to me (in dining room). Would come again, great team should be recognized by upper management.
