I went through the drive thru at 11:05pm. I ordered the triple smash burger combo with no onions. The guy came on the speaker and said they were trying to close up early so they only had enough to make a regular smash burger. So I went with the regular smash burger with no onions combo. Waited for close to 10 mins in the drive thru before I made it to the window. The guy had my order ready to go when I got to the window. My smash burger had onions on it after confirming "No Onions" twice when I ordered. The guy at the window took the bag and asked me if they could just scrape the onions off and give it back because that was the last smash burger patties they had made. I was hungry and tired of waiting so I agreed because I was really craving that kind of burger. I get home and my burger still has onions on it and it was cold and over cooked.

Stopped by sonic this morning and service was quick!! Our food looked absolutely amazing!! I got the super sonic cheeseburger and my husband got one of the wraps. They were beautifully made. We also got a side order of the tater tots, and surprisingly they weren't heavy on the grease. Tasted air fried. Overall very satisfied with our experience!! I have to give a huge shout out to the cook, I believe he goes by JJ!! He really seems to love his job, because it shows in the artwork of his food!!! If you want picture perfect food please go see him, I believe he works in the mornings!!

Was pretty dead at 8:26, got my food fast when I placed the mobile order 7 mins before I got there, the only problems I had was that they put whip cream and a cherry on my milkshake when I put on the app not too. They also gave me zero napkins. Had to do a loop around the location because they didn’t clear the order 1 tv thingy… only go to this location since the one by my house doesn’t have mozzarella sticks. The tots were ice cold too. Mozzarella sticks was warm at-least. Sorry for grammar kinda tired after 10 hour shift

I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes on my online order. I’ve seen people go thru the drive through with no problem. After 15 minutes after my promised “order will be ready by” I pressed the “press to order button” to get someone’s attention. It’s still blinking. After 25 minutes. Someone walked to the door and screamed across the property “stalls are close go to the drive thru” I drove thru the drive thru for him to hand me my order. WHY NOT JUST BRING ME MY FOOD I ORDERED 30 minutes ago!!!??? Why am I checking into a stall when “stalls closed” Beyond disrespectful and petty.

Everytime we come here there is always something wrong with my order. We always come in the evening for the night time cooling off .
1. My husband's cherry lime aid is not a cherry lime aid slushy mostly cherry only
I didn't order a cherry slush!!!!
Ordered a chocolate brownie blast and there ARE NO BROWNIE PIECES IN THERE ONly LIKE ONE OR 2 I go to the one on Charleston hwy and it is perfect every time lots of brownie and chocolate pieces equally matched
I also have ordered some popcorn chicken and it was hard and the fries were cold and yucky
Never going back to this one again even if I have to travel further I'll go there

Ordered via the app, pulled into a stall, and waited. The food came out hot, and though the interaction with the young lady that brought me my food was brief, it was at least friendly and that makes a difference.

It's unbelievable that workers are asking for higher wages and can't get your order correct. Ordered a #1 meal no tomatoes. Employee asked me I I needed anything else I said yes ketchup. I got home and had a burger with TOMATOES and no ketchup and the fries sucked. The last time I was their they were out of lettuce for the burgers. I paid $11 for a $1.99 meal. I won't be back.

So this is the 4th time this sonic has made chili cheese tots instead of fries. Which doesn't seem like a big deal until you have to deal with a mad\sad toddler screaming at you for 37 minutes about it. Go back to fix it nope can't get in the car, check before we leave nope about to have a meltdown cause we're hungry right now. I'm done with this location, maybe all sonics. Spending 30.00 for one adult and a toddler and not getting it right seems not worth it.
