18 minutes to get my food, not at rush hour. Burgers tasted like they had sat awhile and the chicken tender in the wrap had some hard spots.

Have lived nearby for years and always give them a chance every few mmonths yet they always mess it up. Had a mobile order 15-20 mins ahead of time (only two drinks), sat in the stall for 30 mins waiting, watching as they served everyone else in the drive through and inside and even one other parked car that ordered food instead of getting my order to me. They then gave me the wrong order. They said they had two people working, when I could clearly see 3 or 4 employees. Always some issue or rudeness and I see the response oh contact management and call so and so like fix the issues instead of responding to everybody with the same copy and paste response.

This place is horrible the food is never fresh and the workers lie they all need to be fired if a customer requests Fresh food the workers should not be lazy to do there job and cook it fresh I ordered taters tots they gave me ones that look like they had been sitting all day long they need to ask there selves would they give that to there mom or kids or anyone in there family and I ordered 3 chicken wraps that I requested fresh but instead they gave them straight out the microwave chicken looked like it had been re warmed in microwave lettuce and tomatoes looked like they had been cooked also if anything happens to me just know I will be filing a lawsuit against the company any person in there right Ming knows u cannot put tomatoes or lettuce in the microwave did not find this out until I got home it was raining and I tried calling this location twice but no one answered

I went through the drive thru 2 days ago and I ordered a large and small mozzarella stick. They seemed pretty busy but the lady working the drive thru was a little rude. I told her what I had wanted and she responded with “hello?” in a very rude tone. And the when I had got home every single mozzarella stick was burnt and had no cheese! Was very upset with my experience and will not be coming back.

Tonight makes the 4th time in just a couple of weeks that I’ve went through the drive through for milkshakes and food but…. And this is at 10:10 mind you… and they are supposedly open until 12:00 am….. they have already cleaned the machine and aren’t serving anymore shakes. But yet you’re open for another almost 2 hours!!! How much money are you losing at this location????! Because each time I’ve driven off and just want to the Cayce store that’s open 24 hours. I get it… had it been 11:30 or 11:45….. but a little after 10!!! If you don’t want to make shakes you should probably consider another line of work!!! Or at least hang a sign that states no shakes after a certain time!!! Do better Platt Springs Rd!!! Do better!!!

Chilli cheese dog was whitish in color. Therefore the dog was entering the spoilage stage. I took a picture but this app doesn't allow me to post. Look at your food before you bite.

Sundays come with a cherry! But for some reason this one charges you for it. SMH. And who really argues with a customer over a cherry. Nevermind is clear as day on their menu.

Went to the drive through, ordered 2 large sonic blast one Oreo and one Reese’s. When I got home the Oreo was correct but the Reese’s had a small piece of chocolate on the very top and then several pieces of Oreo but no other Reese’s plus about halfway down there was something orange in it like they had mixed something else in too. You would think with the two blasts costing almost 19.00 they could at least get your order right
