ZERO STARS!!!!Went through the drive through about 11:20 pm when we got to the window the girl asked us to pull up to spot 1 to get our food. Well we waited and waited, watched all these other cars go around us so after about 20 minutes I went to the window to find.out about our food, well the girl acted like she had no idea we were waiting and went to check. After waiting another few minutes she CAME outside and ask is what was our order.... WTH!!! I gave her my receipt and told her just to refund our money (about $25) because this was absolutely ridiculous. We will not frequent this one anymore, I rather go up to Highway 6 where they seem to have customer service as a top priority anytime of day or night.

Look at the pictures of my food it tells you everything. It's disgusting. The fries are old and greasy. Burger slap together with about 12 lb of mayonnaise. Awful just awful

Sonic on Platt Springs Road is a cool place to hang out and eat. They have yummy food and drinks, and you can even eat in your car, which is fun. Sometimes it takes a little while to get your food when it's busy, but it's worth the wait. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick bite with friends!Kid-friendliness: Great to take my youth baseball team

It would seem that the more they charge, the less they actually do. Sitting in a drive through for over 20 minutes when there was only 1 car ahead of you is crazy. Especially since there's no one inside and less than 5 cars pulled up to the kiosk. We ordered 2 corndog meals and 2 coney meals. Shouldn't take 25 minutes to cook fries and hotdogs.

Former employee here, this store is full of high school drama, and treats employees with favoritism. Treats employees that work hard with disrespect and contempt. Prices are way too high for the quality that the management therein agrees is great. Raises are also not given to employees who deserve it. Store also has a roach and lizard infestation closer to the back of the building inside.

The bacon cheeseburger toaster sandwich wasn't toasted at all, the cheese wasn't even melted and one piece of bacon. The onion rings and cheese sticks were over cooked and the fries were cold and inedible. Plus I had to pull up and wait like everything was going to be fresh! Truly not worth the nearly $43.00 price!

We always do 50 cent corndogs on Halloween. Maybe 20 or more.Well this year we waited in line forever and they ran out. So went to another store and they were out! Ruined our tradition!!

Y'all! Sonic drinks are the best. But this is my favorite location. Today, the young man at the drive-thru window was helpful, so I asked a question abt the app. He called the manager over- and the 2 were as kind and helpful as ever! The parking lot was busy- but there was no one behind me in line, so they took an extra moment to make me feel valued. When I ordered the "lemon aid drink that has ice cream in it," they knew what I was referring to... and it was DELICIOUS! I'm impressed. Thanks, Sonic!

I like to get their breakfast burritos for supper. It’s an easy meal on the way home when I get home from work at 8-9pm. I order on the app before I leave the office and by the time I pull into the spot my order is ready!!!
