Debrah was at the register. I’m not a coffee connoisseur and basically here to surprise my wife this morning. Debrah was so kind and helpful, I was almost shocked! I will definitely be returning to this store again soon. Just off of the amazing kindness and service Ms Debrah showed me!

I love Starbucks, especially this one because this one I can order ones without feeling scared. I kinda get scared when I order because I fear I’m gonna mess up and sometimes I get nervous and I don’t know I get scared and I can order Here without being judged or being scared and sometimes I do order online and the app is good too and I order online and I just get out of my car and go pick it up and they don’t say nothing to me which is good because I don’t really like to communicate cause I get scared but when I get my stuff, the food is just so good but sometimes it’s a little expensive but I paid that because it’s good

There marcha is horrible, the color of it is so gray.
Had a great experience at this Starbucks! Even though they were really busy, the whole team was on top of it and still super friendly. Chase was especially kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed.

Really great place to relax, get a hot drink, and catch up on work. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the crew that works there are nice, patient, and professional. Which makes sense given one of their managers, Justine is so incredibly warm and charismatic with customers. She and the other managers leadership execution speaks for itself given the well-paced store environment from a customer perspective. Prices on foods aren't the “best” but I WILL be back! I have the atmosphere and crew to thank for that.
When I walked in it was not welcoming at all. There was nobody in drive thru and perhaps they were catching up, who knows. The lobby was full of WiFi users so at first I dismissed this.
I was traveling home and still had a few hours drive and was hungry. Went to use the restroom then headed to the counter. I felt very rushed, I don’t go often and there were new menu items. I ordered the new spicy falafel wrap which was small but mighty and a water. I stood there longer because I was about to buy a bag of coffee and the cup that caught my eye when I was instructed to go stand at the end of the counter. While she hurriedly walked off, she seemed managerial but hope not.
Lost a $50 after tax sale.
Got to the end of the counter and was greeted with
Here’s your water. Not a thank you at the register or from the barista. The same register person came with my food extended it to me and walked off.
Just wow. I only honestly buy the bagged coffee and cups, glad I don’t live close to this one. I’d never go back in, luckily I pass a lot of others when I’m going this same route many many times a year. And do purchase anywhere from $30 -$100 especially Holiday time. What a shame.

Ms. Madison that works here is the definition of customer service! Madison has great product knowledge and makes great suggestions for new options you might have not considered. This person always has a great attitude and makes getting coffee from this location a pleasurable experience. I own a business myself, I can say with out a doubt that Madison would be a great manager if she isn't one already!
