My entire family had just left from the doctor and tested positive for Flu A and decided to pick up a hot drink before heading home. We ordered a Traveler for pick up in the drive thru using my mobile app. I have done this many times with no issues. I followed the updates on the app and pulled around to the window when my Traveler was ready for pick up. When I get to the window and let them know I’m there to pick up my order, a female employee comes on and says she is refusing to hand my order through the window and that she doesn’t feel comfortable handing hot drinks through the drive thru. She stated that we would have to come in if we wanted to pick up the Traveler. We were baffled by this as this is a coffee place and hot drinks are passed through the drive thru all the time. We tried to reason with the employee on drive thru, but she refused to offer service unless we came in. When we got in the store, we explained that the mobile app allows you to order a Traveler for pick up in drive thru and that we had the Flu and shouldn’t have been made to come in. This also violates the rights of customers trying to find ADA accommodation offered by the drive thru services. The workers were extremely rude and condescending. We just cancelled our order, got a refund, and went to a neighboring Starbucks restaurant to pick up a box of coffee through the drive thru! The Starbucks employees had no problem passing it through the window at that location.
IMO- Travelers are safer to pass through the drive thru than a cup of coffee with a lid! This team was extremely defiant and made their own rules instead of following the corporate process! Liability waiting to happen.

I’m not a Starbucks person or a coffee person in general. It’s normally how I con my teens to spend extra time with me.
Lately, I’ve been indulging a bit more with the protein banana matcha drink. WHICH IS YUMMY!!! The staff here is amazing. The young lady with the blue hair is hands down always killing it. I’ve never walked in or gone through drive through and not had great customer service. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up! 👍

The entire team there absolutely rocks. Sean is a real one and always makes the pup cup special for Murphy. Also, his name is spelled the legit way not like other poser Sean’s. Drinks are always top-tier. Oh, I should go to a local coffee shop? Nah, they don’t have the same team as this one or special ingredients.

Never usually leave reviews for Starbucks, but today this store made my morning start off so well. I was in the drivethru for maybe 30 seconds total, they made everything perfectly, and were SO NICE! They wrote a nice message on my cup too with my name. Shoutout Thursday morning crew:)

I love Starbucks, especially this one because this one I can order ones without feeling scared. I kinda get scared when I order because I fear I’m gonna mess up and sometimes I get nervous and I don’t know I get scared and I can order Here without being judged or being scared and sometimes I do order online and the app is good too and I order online and I just get out of my car and go pick it up and they don’t say nothing to me which is good because I don’t really like to communicate cause I get scared but when I get my stuff, the food is just so good but sometimes it’s a little expensive but I paid that because it’s good
