Ordered a footlong sub of the day chicken teriyaki asked for it toasted. Got it it was ice cold cheese was not melted then as im eating i bite into a huge bone.

It's inside of a gas station so can't be that great of an atmosphere. Unfortunately most days I order two subs and they almost ALWAYS put the wrong ingredients on the subs mixing them up! But the most unsettling issue I have is that out of the last 3-4 times (I keep giving them a chance) is that the BREAD IS STALE!! The bread makes the sub and if it's all flakey and stale then it's no good. Unfortunately out of the two subways in my area, this is the only one that does the online specials. I'm starting to see why people just do jersey Mike's or substation II. Stale bread is as bad as getting cold fries from McDonald's! Chance after chance and they have failed each time.

The guy working tonight was wonderful, he was by himself and slammed with orders. He didn’t get stressed or mad at anyone. He knocked the orders out quick, and he got a good tip

Great people decent prices and service and they offer parking
I ordered meals for my family on the app to be ready by 645. Got the notification that my order was ready. When I got there the lady employee had not even started my order. She asked me what I ordered so I told her. To begin with they hardly had any bread. There was no tuna or rotisserie chicken made so I had to wait for that. I had a titan turkey she didn’t even know what a titan turkey was. I wanted red onions… they were thick cut like onion rings. Then as I get to my car the employee runs up on me at my car to ask me my name just to make sure I ain’t finesse them and she made the right order. Highly disappointed!!!!
