They were out of Chalupas and sour cream and also couldn't print a receipt. Otherwise the food was great and service was polite and quick. Almost forgot no napkins or fork in bag which did kinda suck while eating my Mexican pizza. I think 3 stars is fair assessment. Could have been better and could have been worse. I will most likely not go back though

To start I will never return. What a waste of money!the rice was dried and crunchy as was the chicken. None of it was warm at all. The chulupa also tasted as if it was dried out and stale. Needless to say I ate none of this! If I could give a negative star review I would.

Went by and got some steak grilled cheese burritos, they were massive and delicious( I got them two weeks before and they were like mini burritos but they definitely made up for it on this one), customer service is always good there.

What's the point in having a register up front if you're not going to take somebody's damn order. Not everybody wants to use a kiosk I prefer the Personal touch of an actual person taking my order period.

Could be better maintained. Men's restroom was a disaster and a staff member crashed out while I was eating. It appears the work culture at that location is found wanting.

We played a mobile order when we got there there were only two other cars in front of us and it took us 30 minutes to get to the window something was missing so we went back around and she argued with me that it was in the bag then got a attitude she had black hair very rude and slow I don't recommend this one then our burritos were half the size they usually are
Was closed before hours and waited in drive through for 20 minutes. Sat at window for 10. And when I still got no help I knocked on the door and was rudely yelled at that they were closed at 11 pm and then was ignored. Tried calling the store phone. No answer. Needless to say I went hungry tonight. Edit: two years later and I’m in the drive thru yet again for 40 minutes. Really won’t be returning after this.

This is one of the slowest locations in Columbia. You can stand right at the counter and the employees will avoid you like you have Covid. If you have an hour to spare then eat here if you expect fast service go somewhere else

I skipped the drive thru and ordered inside. As I waited, I was offered a drink while waiting which wasn't a long wait at all. I like to give a shout out to the crew there tonight on their customer service and especially the quality of food that was prepared! Everything ordered came out great so I appreciate this crew for taking pride in what they do and the food they prepared! Keep it up, it's so appreciated!

I love this places fiesta potatoes and they are usually very kind on night shift, but I recently ordered some food the other night and I found clear liquid on both of my burritos that looked and smelt like spit after very kindly tried to correct the order taker that my order was different than what they were ringing up. I wont be coming back.
