Horrible food. Will never go back everything we ordered was gross. Why is there no standard to their food? You go to chick flia or McDonald's i dont care the food is pretty much the same you go to this taco bell and its never the same or even good. Where is the quality control. This one needs to be shut down they give a bad rap for the rest of them

I was very surprised coming in today. There was no one working the counter, so we had to use the kiosk which wasn't the friendliest way to place an order. My wife had the steak quesidilla and it was so thin there was almost no meat at all in it. My tacos were not as good as normal. It was very disappointing. I may have to choose a different Taco Bell in the future.

Ordered off the app, waited 25 minutes before leaving to pick up my order (3 of the same items), waited another 20 minutes after I got there before my food was ready when the place was dead empty. This taco bell is consistently incompetent and takes forever to make the most simple things, and/or constantly gets your order wrong while also skimping out on ingredients for your order. Also consistently gotten items with old/crunchy ingredients.
Its better than prison food but the bar is low and they take forever to do anything, I'm not even sure the people working there even try.

Sitting outside waiting for our drive thru order. It's been at least 20 minutes so far. One employee at window and one was eating up til a few minutes ago. We travel this way a lot but we will never come here again. There are other people out here waiting that were ahead of us!

So I went in at 5:30 after work ordered on the kiosk to go and had to pay cash after waiting about 5 minutes and getin dirty looks from the ones making the food I spoke up and stated why I was standing there, while being looked at..the lady at the drive threw said one minute no issues..5 more minutes I pay i waited 5-10 minutes get my 6 simple dorito tacos with meat lettuce and cheese get to the car open One and basically no meat I checked a few more same thing..so I go in,the lady says I can't have a refund after she argued that it was a portion scoop they use and said I couldn't have a no refunds.so I had not no option but to wait another 10 minutes for new tacos and of course I watched this time..

Ordered a Chalupa Surpreme meal with a DLT SURPREME taco no cheese. My taco was old looks as if it’s been sitting all day. Even when ordering from this location on uber eats I’m always getting old or hard food.
