So I went in at 5:30 after work ordered on the kiosk to go and had to pay cash after waiting about 5 minutes and getin dirty looks from the ones making the food I spoke up and stated why I was standing there, while being looked at..the lady at the drive threw said one minute no issues..5 more minutes I pay i waited 5-10 minutes get my 6 simple dorito tacos with meat lettuce and cheese get to the car open One and basically no meat I checked a few more same thing..so I go in,the lady says I can't have a refund after she argued that it was a portion scoop they use and said I couldn't have a no refunds.so I had not no option but to wait another 10 minutes for new tacos and of course I watched this time..

Something is always not as ordered, shorted or completely missing. Every. Single. Time. Definitely will start going to another location. This one has no consistency whatsoever and is not worth the loss of money or headache.

Ordered a Chalupa Surpreme meal with a DLT SURPREME taco no cheese. My taco was old looks as if it’s been sitting all day. Even when ordering from this location on uber eats I’m always getting old or hard food.

Don't order delivery at this location. It takes over 30 minutes for a 5 minutes order. Most drivers will cancel causing your food to sit waiting for another driver to accept. Taco bell gets their money. Driver get their. You get cold food. I'm a 3rd party delivery driver and I'm sorry your food is cold

Not sure if there’s new management but the store is kept clean, the staff have been very friendly and my order has consistently been correct and fresh.

I wish it was possible to leave zero stars did a mobile order and three whole tacos were missing from the order. I had to return to the store to get them. How hard is it to work in fast food I did it when I was a teenager and it’s not terribly difficult, especially not if you want 15 and $16 an hour It’s absolutely ridiculous. If you go to this Taco Bell, check your order and make sure you received all of your items because I don’t think I’ve ever gone to this location and not had an issue.

Service was horrible and the food tasted old. My family of 5 only ate a few bites of a taco and ate their nachos. 80% of everyone’s meal was thrown in the trash. Never eat at this location!

i ordered the 3 Dorito tacos i asked for nothing but cheese and beef , i got home and went to go eat them , all them had lettuce on them and barley any meat !! and they didn’t give use no sauce ! and when i called the last minute they answered and hung up !
