Had to order at kiosk with a messed up screen, waited 10 mins for 3 soft tacos and a pinto w cheese with ke being the only person inside, sweet tea was anything but sweet, paid $1.65 for extra cheese on my tacos and I'll let you be the judge if I got that or not and the beans tasted burned and dry. Disappointing. Go elsewhere. Oh yeah, plus dirty tables.

every single item ordered was prepared wrong. lol. every thing. if we asked for no sour cream....they kept it on and etc. potatoes were so deep fried they were hard....just every thing was wrong. we decided we are done with taco bell. deleted the app already. too many other options around for food to deal with their issues in service and quality.

I am an Uber eat driver. Yesterday night I came to pick up an order for the customer and I waited 15 to 20 mins for this order. The first 5 minutes no one came to the counter. I had to yell to the people in the back because they were talking to each other. Multiple people made eye contact with me finally someone asked what the name of the order was. The young man behind the counter told me they were working on the order and it would be ready shortly. I stayed for an extra 10-15 mins and then I heard “Is the that order still here?” “ Oh yeah no one came to pick it up.” I was standing right there in front of the register the entire time. So I yelled “ I’ve been standing right here. “ The whole time I was in there the staff was laughing in the back and one young woman asked me what was the name I respected it again. And she said “oh we have to get the driver thru orders done first .” Probably 6 cars came within the 10-15 mins. I don’t know what they did with that order but I had to cancel my delivery because I had other orders in my car. For me that’s money I lost but the customer probably had to wait another 30 mins or they never got the order because I had to cancel. I found this unprofessional and rude considering that I was being patient until I heard “Oh they never came to pick it up” after someone else told me they were making the order and it would be ready in a moment.

I guess family comes first with Grandma working the counter. There were 10 people waiting for their food when the lady working the drive-in window grandson walked up to the counter in hollered for her. He said he needed a taco with just meat to go and was late for work. SHE DIDN'T CARE THAT THERE WAS 10 PEOPLE THAT HAD ALREADY PLACED THEIR ORDER AHEAD OF HIM , ALSO, THEY PAID FOR THEIR FOOD.. WITHIN A COUPLE OF MINUTES HE HAD HIS TACO WITH JUST MEAT IN WAS OUT THE DOOR AS THE 10 PEOPLE STILL IN LINED WAS STILL WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD!!! Now i will admit the food was good , BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY SLOW UNLESS YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER THAT WORKS HERE..
Management needs to retrain employees on customer service ..

This Tacobell has inefficient, rude staff and it takes them more than 35 minutes to deliver an order of 2 tacos and 1 burrito. The bathroom always smells like marijuana. When I went to go into the bathroom, an employee was coming out and was smoking inside the bathroom. I think this franchise should better filter its employees and send everyone from this store who doesn't do a good job home.
