There aren't any other inside customers and every single table is dirty. Brought my icee out overflowing and made a mess and didn't clean it up. They ignored us and focused on drive thru.

I was trying to ask about my order and this lady by the name of april was extremely disrespectful, rude, and she was acting like she had better things to do than to deal with her customers and she was also Cussing at the phone. The chicken nuggets were raw the fries were cold and my soda was watered down i didnt see anyone else handle my food other then this very rude lady
Will not be back here again i highly recommend not to come here at all.

Alright. So after I had just gotten off work and had been craving taco bell nacho fries. Which is self explanatory, those things are gas. Me and my friend pull up to the taco bell and as soon as we get out the parking lot is filled with the smell of weed. I choose to look past it though because thats how most taco bells are anyway and once again I was starving and craving those fries. So we walk in and I begin ordering on the Kiosk, one of the workers(young guy) helped to make sure it was working okay. So you know so far so good. Then my friend goes to order and this bigger lady comes up talking about some “you cant order the lobby closed.” And we explain how I had just ordered so she goes “okay” with attitude. When I went to ask for my cup a young girl gave me one and I said “thank you” because I have manners and all I got was a “mmmhmmm”. Mind you all the workers had on sweats that were sagging, tank tops, and slides. Like dawg we are not at home. We ended up waiting 40 minutes for our food, and there wasn't even a line in the drive thru nor lobby. They also had like 10 people back there and our orders were not big at all. Within those 40 minutes multiple bigger ladies came in all hunched up over the counter getting hugs from the workers. A guy in the back was brushing his hair with no gloves and making tacos. And even though the lobby was “closed” there sure wasn't nobody cleaning it. It was disgusting. After finally getting our food we walk out and all the workers are chatting it up on the patio like they were at a family function. This taco bell is ghetto. With the most respect do not eat here. Im also not one to complain because ive done my fair share of working fast food but this was insane.

me and a friend came in after work and were told to order on the kiosk, by the time my friend was done i went to put my order in and got yelled at that the lobby was closed and i needed to leave and go through to drive thru. i reminded them that my friend had already ordered inside and i wanted to use the kiosk. it was very unprofessional, saw at least 10 people walk in and out of the lobby grabbing drinks and talking across the restaurant. most workers were not anywhere near in uniform. saw 1 guy combing his hair with no gloves while making tacos. long story short we waited 30-40 minutes for our food and when we were finally able to leave we watched all workers migrate to the patio. overall the most ghetto taco bell i’ve seen, extremely unprofessional and not clean whatsoever. also reeked of weed and there was a car parked taking up about 3 spots including a handicap. i’m not one to complain as i’ve worked in fast food myself but that was ridiculous

Had to order at kiosk with a messed up screen, waited 10 mins for 3 soft tacos and a pinto w cheese with ke being the only person inside, sweet tea was anything but sweet, paid $1.65 for extra cheese on my tacos and I'll let you be the judge if I got that or not and the beans tasted burned and dry. Disappointing. Go elsewhere. Oh yeah, plus dirty tables.

every single item ordered was prepared wrong. lol. every thing. if we asked for no sour cream....they kept it on and etc. potatoes were so deep fried they were hard....just every thing was wrong. we decided we are done with taco bell. deleted the app already. too many other options around for food to deal with their issues in service and quality.
