Asked for no ranch and no lettuce. Didn't ask for no tomato but they didn't put tomato on my item. Asked for hot and fire got hot and Diablo. On my cheesy dipping burritos the cheese on the top was barely melted. Last time I ordered this without avocado ranch but they put it on there anyways. Luckily they at least got that right this time. Make sure to check your items before you leave. Made the mistake of not doing that to many times at this location.

Another typical Taco Bell. The tables were all dirty despite being dead. The employees were all on their phones and uninterested in working. Our food was thrown together half-heartedly, but it was edible.

This has got to be the worst place I have ever been to you stand in line they just look at you.. people have been standing here 30 and 40 minutes they said nobody's even coming out and taking orders they're telling customers is probably better for you to go through to drive through.. I would definitely avoid this place.

Drive-thru service was wonderful. I opened my carry out at home one evening this week. The smell of the 5-layer burrito almost made me vomit before I opened it. I couldn't believe it was the food that smelled that way. I took it back. The manager was just going to drop it in the trash without checking it. This made me suspicious. I stopped them and told them to check it because whatever it is, should not be served again. It literally made me queasy. Since they didn't open it in my presence, I doubt he checked it🤔. I couldn't keep it open because of the smell. So much for looking forward to treating myself.

I pick up delivery orders. Staff is often rude and I always have to wait the girl with the super long eye lashes is especially nasty always with a smart comment and seems to intentionally cause delay consistently saying there are other orders ahead regardless of weather it's true or not. I waited 10 minutes only to be told other orders are ahead of my delivery only to then be told 5 minutes later sometime had already picked up my order. They waisted 15 minutes of my time and caused me to lose money. I do not like delivering for Taco Bell all at at any location.

I got to say Taco Bell is my go-to favorite place when I have the chance and I hate leaving a bad review being a business owner but this was absurd in between estimates I stopped in to order lunch and the place made me sick one other family sitting in the dining room enjoying their lunch all the other tables were disgusting waiting for my order placed my arm on the counter and from dried up drinks it's stuck to my arm and clothes like pine sap and the shape of the kitchen was disgusting workers standing around playing on their phones instead of doing any cleaning to the establishment I couldn't even eat my food through it in the trash can and in all honesty that was the cleanest spot in the whole establishment do better Taco Bell

I Came in on the late night 2 a.m. weekend shift and O.M.G. why was it packed with people waiting to pick up orders meanwhile the store was also FILLED with MADE ORDERS THAT WERE READY TO GO and NO ONE WAS COMING FOR THOSE AT ALL which CLEARLY SHOWED THAT THE STAFF WAS NOT MAKING THE ORDERS IN THE WAY THAT THEY WERE BEING TAKEN WHICH CAUSED THE LOBBY TO FILL UP WITH DRIVERS WAITING FOR ORDERS THAT SHOULD'VE ALREADY BEEN MADE AND A DRIVE THRU LINE OF PEOPLE THAT WERE ORDERING ONLINE AND ATTEMPTING TO PLACE ORDERS ETC. IT WAS JUST CHAOS AND TOOK ME OVER 2 HOURS TO GET THE ORDERS AND LEAVE GIVEN THE FACT THAT I HAD 2 SEPERATE ORDERS AND THEY WERE MADE COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER FOR NO REASON BUT IT TOOK 40 or 50 MINS BETWEEN THE 1ST AND GETTING THE 2ND ORDER but over 2 hours total. Id suggest that you bring a SNACK TO HOLD YOU OVER UNTIL YOU GET YOUR OWN ORDER MADE. If your a driver picking up someone's food JUST BRING YOU A SLEEPING BAG TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE REGARD

I love some Taco Bell, but this is one has always had something wrong every time I come. There’s times I’ve ordered a cantina quesadilla and was given it with 2 shreds of chicken, how does that work 🤔? Came here tonight and smelt weed THE SECOND I stepped out the car. Look to my right, two workers sitting on the curb in their uniforms smoking pot. You won’t ever have to worry about me eating here again.

Is there something against first responders that I’m missing?

As a night shifter that works EMS, unfortunately there’s not a lot of places for us to eat late at night. I finally caught a break on a busy Saturday night and was able to eat around midnight. Me & my partner walked into the lobby, the door was unlocked… so we started to order on the kiosk assuming the lobby was still open for orders. The lady came around the corner and said we couldn’t order inside, the lobby was closed at 10pm. We explained our ambulance does not fit through the drive thru and if she would mind if we just continued to order inside… ignored, she walked behind the kitchen area and gave us no response. The younger man walked around and asked her if he could just take our order and she ignored him as well, he finally came up to us and said he was sorry but he wasn’t able to allow us to order. 5 minutes later, a lady walks in and is in there for a while and walks out with her food.

Highly disappointing to be treated that way.

Hey, great idea getting rid of the 6.49 box in the app! I buy one almost daily, and I've spent $1500 at this location on Augusta road this year alone. I see it's still offered at the bush river location so unfortunately it seems that the decision was made to willfully remove it from this store.

It's the best bang for your buck and unfortunately I won't be returning until/or if it ever gets brought back to the app. I'm glad that they built a Cook Out over in Cayce, that seems like a decent alternative
