Really enjoy coming to the spot because it’s convenient for me. Never really had any problems but when I do come here from time to time There’s this lady with red braids in a bun, And she always has a horrendous attitude towards me. Today I put in an online order, not knowing that I accidentally put it for another Location. The other lady that was working there, she was nice enough to let me know that there was a possibility that I set it for a different location . Tried to ask the lady with red hair what’s the building number and she proceeded to have an attitude thinking I said something about a phone when I clearly have a cell phone in my hand. To me, he gave me that she really did not want to acknowledge me and that was fine. So I said no, not a phone the building number She got an attitude, giving me the building number. I’ve never really dealt with people that are disgusting when I go out to food places . And What I won’t tolerate is disrespect coming from a waffle house worker . If you do not like your job, please do not work in an environment where you have to deal with people. But overall, I’ll still continue to come back . ;)

Dined in with my sister and my daughter and the waiter was polite, I tried to correct the cook as I could see he was preparing our food incorrectly and got a hand and told he didn't need to o hear it from me he needed to hear it from the waiter.. okay, sure was there a more polite way of doing it .. of course but I let it go because maybe he was training as he still continued to make our food incorrectly and when I told him that was what I was trying to explain to him he seemed very agitated which almost led me to walk out. I can tell you we won't be back!

Slow clearing tables. Lumpy grits. Cold toast. Very LOUD music. My waiter was nice, not bothersome. Another waitress talked on her phone over me several times as I ate. Not a good experience at this location.

Last October (2024) I visited this restaurant while visiting friends. Every morning we had breakfast there, and the food was always excellent, and the people working there were wonderful. I definitely will be back this year for more! Thanks for a great experience

Service was on Christmas and the staff was trying. Ordered Texas Bacon Cheese Steak. Hold the onions. To go as inside was madhouse full of eaters. Needless to say got for to go and sure enough, had onions. Bless their hearts. They tried.

The food was good but the service was terrible, only 2 customers in the store it took ten or fifteen minutes for the server to come over I asked for coffee and she never brought it when she brought the food I asked her again and she finally brought the coffee and never asked me if I needed more maybe she was new , but she has no idea how to do her job
