I order online and they got a service charge on my credit card which is fine.But they put a note on my receipt about tipping tipping.It's not an obligation.It's actually an honor as somebody in customer service.I know how important tipping is, but for someone to put it on a receipt for a customer that's how they're going to lose customers.I am not very happy with this service

I put in an online order to go the food was good but when I got home I realized they wrote a petty note on my receipt because I did not leave a tip the reason I didn’t leave a tip is because the cook gets paid already and that’s the only person who handled my food. I’m not gonna leave a tip when we didn’t even eat inside and didn’t have a waitress. I will not being going back here because of that reason.
Really enjoy coming to the spot because it’s convenient for me. Never really had any problems but when I do come here from time to time There’s this lady with red braids in a bun, And she always has a horrendous attitude towards me. Today I put in an online order, not knowing that I accidentally put it for another Location. The other lady that was working there, she was nice enough to let me know that there was a possibility that I set it for a different location . Tried to ask the lady with red hair what’s the building number and she proceeded to have an attitude thinking I said something about a phone when I clearly have a cell phone in my hand. To me, he gave me that she really did not want to acknowledge me and that was fine. So I said no, not a phone the building number She got an attitude, giving me the building number. I’ve never really dealt with people that are disgusting when I go out to food places . And What I won’t tolerate is disrespect coming from a waffle house worker . If you do not like your job, please do not work in an environment where you have to deal with people. But overall, I’ll still continue to come back . ;)

Dined in with my sister and my daughter and the waiter was polite, I tried to correct the cook as I could see he was preparing our food incorrectly and got a hand and told he didn't need to o hear it from me he needed to hear it from the waiter.. okay, sure was there a more polite way of doing it .. of course but I let it go because maybe he was training as he still continued to make our food incorrectly and when I told him that was what I was trying to explain to him he seemed very agitated which almost led me to walk out. I can tell you we won't be back!
