The 3rd shift staff have been the most courteous and enjoyable staff to talk with. They have handled disgruntled customers with ease and handle all complicated orders with ease. They are the best.

The food and service were good and fast. Exactly what you would expect from a Waffle House. My issue was the music. The language and sexual contant to the music was horrifying and unfathomably inappropriate for a family restaurant with children. I should not need to bring that to the staff's attention. It was an employee's personal music on a portable speaker.

Never got my food after online order and waiting for 45 minutes. I don’t usually go to Waffle House that often anymore, but I tried since it’s across the street. Never got my food , had to get a refund from my credit card company. Not a good ending to the good night I had.

I liked it my breakfast was great ??Loved how Ray told the crew member to put timers on the waffles so the are not burnt how the need too be more attentive to the customers that was sitting there for their order and the ones that was for takeout everything edible thank
