The cook ruined two items we ordered. Bacon burnt black on one side and uncooked on the other side. So when we sent the burnt bacon back, the cook just put the uncooked side back on the grill. We had to request that the bacon be re-cooked. Really?? The initial waffle was charred. We just looked at it and laughed. The waitress knew not to bring it to the table. This is the Waffle House. It's known for being one of the best breakfast spots.

Bad food and even super slow people seem like they don't want to serve you. The idea of the soft drink or coffee is to be able to refill it for free and not a refill. Everything was very salty. There are so many good waffle houses around this area that this should not be a good destination.

This had to be one of the best experiences we've had. The restaurant was clean, the food good and the staff awesome! The head cook left his station to personally go to every table and great everyone and wish them a Merry Christmas. The way he presented himself, I thought he was the manager or owner! Kudos to this location.
While I would never say that the food here is award winning, it’s always fast and cheap. The waitresses and staff are always very kind and helpful. I will be coming again.

My family came in at 9, chose a booth and proceeded to sit, unacknowledged by staff. The cook was taking the order for the table behind us, one waitress was busy playing on her phone and the other seemed to be doing both her work and the other lady's. The restaurant was not busy, as there were two people finishing their meal at the counter, the family at the table next to us and my family. After sitting for 30 minutes without even an "I'll be right with you" we left for another establishment. Poor service.
