We recently enjoyed breakfast at Waffle House, conveniently located at 2846 Charleston Hwy, West Columbia, SC 29172. It's safe to say that this particular Waffle House stands out as the best in the Columbia area, and here's why.From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. Notably, the restaurant is consistently clean, which is always a plus. Even more impressive is the friendly waitstaff, who seem to have an uncanny knack for remembering our order, even when we visit with months in between.Our go-to choice at Waffle House is the All-Star Specials, a hearty meal consisting of 2 scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, and grits. We like to add a little extra flavor by including cheese in our eggs and grits. The portions are generous, and we share a single waffle since it's already a substantial meal.I've explored various breakfast spots in Columbia, but Waffle House consistently delivers when seeking excellent service, cleanliness, affordability, and always delicious food. It has become our top choice for a satisfying breakfast experience.

My husband went there to get breakfast this morning. The last 14 dollars he had. He was eating it and found hair in his eggs and hash browns. So LIKE YOU SHOULD he took it back to this location to get a refund because that is DISGUSTING AND UNCALLED FOR. They refused to give him a refund and refused to give him the managers number. This is NOT how you run a business. The staff was an ABSOLUTE embarrassment to waffle houses name. And I WILL be calling dhec on this location. Maybe they will fix the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would

She walk right pass me and, took another person of her kind order. When i say i am really upset about this bcuz i love this business so much. And after this morning I’ll never go to this location ever again. Let’s not talk about the place was DIRTY. tables trash. The cooks was spitting over the food. It was crazy so I’m glad i am a person who don’t take it there bcuz I AM BLACK AND HAVE MONEY JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PERSON. IF THE SERVICE AINT GOOD. MY MONEY AINT GOOD! Good day

Always good here, staff is nice and quick. Drinks were always filled and food came out fast and hot. Bacon is better than the sausage in my personal opinion. Nice and crispy. But everyone's tastes are different. Truck parking close by for you truck drivers.
