It's Wendy's what can I say I go there when I'm in a hurry and there's nothing else

Went through the drive through sat for about 5 mins nobody came to the speaker seen someone go to the window and get a box… 2 more mins later a female says “May I ask you why you still in the drive through?” I said oh yeah I’m ready to order and she said “I just said the drive through is closed” uhm, no you didn’t Nobody came to the speaker the whole time I sat there and you’re establishment is a 24 hr location. The drive through is NEVER closed. You’re fired. Go home and be lazy.

I just worked 16 hrs taking 911 calls. I am THE first responder. Without me you can’t call the police. You can’t call a fire truck and you can’t call an Ambulance. The least you can do is take my order for a chili and a baked potato on my way home. Y’all not even busy. Go Home.

Something is always wrong at this location if they arent missing something, their lobby or drive thru is closed. If u do get a drive thru order they continuous say is that it, like they are in a rush. Horrible off the hwy customer service.

The food is great but everything was slow. It took like 20 mins just to get a frosty. Not coming back to this location. The wait time was terrible to order and by the time we got the food, it was cold.

But with the front staff and manager was completely rude to me. She had to get change even though I was using a credit card. I asked if we could just use the register from the drive-thru as they were still checking people out there and they kind of laughed at me and said no. I think they were discriminating against me so definitely don't give them your money here. I would go down the road to somewhere else like Bojangles or something

The place was nasty the food was disgusting the manager is rude the kid did not know what to do in the front did not call out our name or food was sent back they remade their order and for their mistake they didn't want to give anything for free like an ice cream for waiting instead of asking for our money back...

Ordered 3 biggie bags, gave us burgers when we specifically asked for chicken sandwiches and barely gave us fries, only gave us about 3 nuggets each and the server was so rude and had the nastiest attitude. They get our orders wrong every time. Never going back to this location again. The server needs to be fired immediately.

Not sure how they got 3.5 Stars. At 2:49 pm today, I went through the drive thru to pick up a grill chicken wrap meal. Unfortunately the young lady at the window had a terrible disposition. Sebastian was the cashier. A young man came to the window with her and he was friendly and provided great service. The young lady gave me my lemonade and I asked for a straw. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and ignored me twice. The young man came back and I told him I asked for a straw twice and she ignored me. He told ne to have a blessed day and thet is a not so nice way of telling someone off. The chicken was dried out and the fries were cold. The fries didn't taste fresh. The oil needs to be changed. Its a truck stop so maybe truckers don't care about food quality. Wendy boast about service and quality food and Im certain that neither exists at 3008 Highway 321 Cayce SC 29033.

Told at window basically to shut up they had the order. Then not allowed to add the free frosty at window but pushed from window to love on so had forgotten it. What does it matter it is free? Food wasn't horrible but service to the customer sucked.

I went in for my lunch at 11:20pm ordered a number one A Dave, single They gave me cold fries. They could’ve just told me they had to drop more fries and if I wanted to wait. But I Received COLD fries

Service was slow and disorganized. Both sandwiches were missing lettuce and we're drenched in condiments. Very different food quality than you usually get from Wendy's.
