Lady refused to take my order through the drive thru because they were 'dropping money'. First of all, it is inappropriate to tell someone you are dropping large amounts of money and ignorant. Secondly, your nonchalant attitude about me just coming into the store wasn't warranted and wasn't as easy as I put because I HAVE A STOMACH VIRUS and needed a quick and easy meal for my child. Lastly, since you insisted I come inside and my son needed to eat, I hope you washed your hands after our interactions tonight. Be blessed boo.

Stopped into the pilot travel center for snacks decided to get a frosty at Wendy’s. The staff were exceptionally rude, zero customer service skills. The seating area and kitchen were dirty so we decided not to get food at this stop.

If I could give negative stars I would but not only did they throw all my food in a bag and it’s all in the bottom of the bag, I repeatedly told my order and they still got it wrong, once I checked and let the lady know, she gave me the biggest attitude and acted like everything was my fault. When she finally handed my “remade burger” it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. DO NOT VISIT THIS WENDYS TO GET FOOD, VERY RUDE AND NOT SATISFIED WITH ANY OF THERE SERVICE. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND BECAUSE I DID NOT EVEN EAT ANY OF THIS FOOD.
Y'all forgot my chicken in my honey butter chicken sandwich! Just got a biscuit, your fountain drink didn’t taste good and the cashier talked super low

These guys don’t seem to care about what’s going on with their jobs and their customers. We ordered the basic stuff and I believe we counted 5 groups that came after us and after this clears up, the associate has no clue what we ordered or that we had ordered at all. Were we waiting for something fresh and hot off the grill? No way, we waited to get cold, burnt fries and an attitude. Not recommended.
