I came in and ordered a 30 pc classic, well done with extra seasoning, fries crispy! Instead of, I got over 30 wings in nothing but oil and hardly any seasoning at all, and the fries were so soggy they weren’t edible! After waiting an extended period of time just listening to the phone ring, I come back to complain about the food and the young man was loud, belligerent, and very disrespectful so much that I can hear him in the kitchen over the loud music playing in the restaurant! Worst of all the manager can’t refund my money on my card it would take a corporate manager and 7-10 business days for a refund, so I’m forced to spend my money after this kind of service and I really don’t want anything else from. Wingstop, not even an apology! This will be the last time I frequent any of Wingstop’s establishment, EVER!!!

Worst restaurant to go to in all my years of going to restaurants the service isn’t there and I went there for an interview, not too long ago for him to ask me what shirt size I need what kind of hat I need he took my Social Security card and my ID and never replied back to me that’s very unprofessional, taking someone’s personal information just to never hire them Eric needs to be removed from Wingstop altogether.
