Food and service is always great however i just happened to look under the ice machine THREE weeks ago and it was very dirty . Here I am today & it still hasn’t been cleaned since when I first saw it three weeks ago ( I eat here when I get off work ) , I hope they can get that clean sooner or later ….

Fantastic experience everytime i come here. The workers are great and the management is fantastic! Food is always hot and fresh. This by far is my favorite zaxbys location. Im alittle obsessed with zaxbys and eat it alot. But this location is my favorite spot.

Came to pickup my order (it wasnt on the shelf but that's my bad, I realized after leaving that I accidentally ordered it for drive-thru) and ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes while 4 of the employees stood there, mouths open and blank faced, listening to this guy explain that they charged him too much on his order. Not one of them turned to take orders from the line (which had gotten long) for that entire 15 minutes. There was a single person ahead of me.

Order two salad on line for my lunch break i received one salad but then was told my second order was cancelled i never cancel my order nor did i receive my food the money was taken out my account and still have to wait 3 -5business days to get my money back my lunch break was completely ruined 😡

After we paid we were told to pull forward to wait. We were waiting for almost 30min before we got our 2 meals, which we had to confirm it 10min later again. And when we went to inquire about the wait, they were inside looking at us and laughing. Not even sure what the wait was about because they gave us zero explanation and even forgot to ring up one of our items, which they didn't tell us about until the last minute. We didn't know the item wasn't rang up because they didn't offer a receipt. Hope employees are trained better in the future.

Love, love, love Zaxby's. The chicken is always good. The salads are always fresh, especially the Asian salad. It's my favorite - especially the egg roll. Try Zaxby's! You'll love it!

Everytime I walk in this store I stay here for about 35 minutes everytime for my food.nobody says a word to me until they can see im frustrated. No urgency in sight
This place makes me happy great service it is also clean but the soda machine has ice all in it but they are very friendly.
They left off part of my order, wanted plain old chicken fingers, they were spicy. That and the fries were so salty I could barely eat the meal. Won't go back. Used to love Zaxby's, but they've changed, and not for the better.
