Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Everytime I walk in this store I stay here for about 35 minutes everytime for my food.nobody says a word to me until they can see im frustrated. No urgency in sight

This place makes me happy great service it is also clean but the soda machine has ice all in it but they are very friendly.

They left off part of my order, wanted plain old chicken fingers, they were spicy. That and the fries were so salty I could barely eat the meal. Won't go back. Used to love Zaxby's, but they've changed, and not for the better.

Excellent customer service. The manager, along with his staff, was helpful and very courteous.

This is the best Zaxby’s!! We dine here and Florence and Hartsville in South Carolina. Above all, this is the best there is!!

Full of dust, slow service, nasty employees. Went there with my family and took almost 20 minutes waiting for the food with 3-4 other people in the store. The place was super dusty, and workers nasty! Workers walking around the store with their hands in their pants. Wouldn’t even go here if i was starving, truly a health concern. Thinking of going the legal route to resolve this problem.

Bro this is the place to eat!! The food is amazing the servers are always kind! Working at a fast food chain is REALLY hard and they always seem to be kind and not throw sassy comments at your face!

* Wow, I tried the new shrimp meal and was taken when the cashier told me $13.35!!!
* Way, way to high for the meal food and service. I remembered why I stopped going now - too expensive!

Twice I ordered the zensational salad with an extra order of egg rolls both times they cheated me out of a egg roll that came with the salad

The incompetence is unacceptable. Online order was ready when I arrived, but it took 15 minutes for me to get hold of an employee. While I watched the food get cold, I saw a cook eating chicken strips with gloves on.

Asked for a plain grilled chicken and got lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. It was cold and the chicken was still pink in the middle. 🤢

I spent over 50$ here! I ordered fried pickles just to be told they were out after my order came up.

Cooks were sitting in the bath. As my husband and son went in the bath room to find the men sitting on the bathroom sink do better here

I hope I’m spelling this young ladies name right, Shai. She was AMAZING! Her customer service skills are top tier! She was nice, polite, and very patient. My eight year old niece said “I wish she could be at every restaurant, she’s so nice.” Thank you for your patience and kindness today! It is greatly appreciated!

My husband and I just picked up our order. I ordered a Cobb Salad and half of the salad was basically missing. My salad did not come with bacon, eggs, and the fried onions! Not only that. We didn't get any silverware or napkins. This location is my usual spot and it's always accurate even though there is a wait. I'm not sure what happened today, but I hope it was a one time oversight and this will not continue.
