They never give anyone food at the window. EVERY single car has to pull up and park - everyone. Window is empty and the parking lot is full. Unfortunately, they don’t keep track of what car the order belongs to (like Chick-fil-A) so the kids bringing the food go around to every car until they find the right one. Absolutely poor management.
This used to be the best Mcdonalds in Oconee county, now it's the worst! Phone does not work when calling the business, mocha machine has been broken over a month. Was told today I would have to go through my mobile app to get a refund on mobile order, impossible as that is not an option on app. Go to Seneca and save yourself a headache!
Horrible experience, I love to go to McDonald for breakfast but the management this morning was awful! Ordered, paid, was asked to park(always happens now) but fine I don’t complain i parked waited and waited, saw so many other cars be serviced. 10/15mins go by just for rude unprofessional older lady to come out and tell me they are out of breakfast items, that all they could do now is refund me. 💀💀 Was upset but whatever waited for my refund.
