They let me down for the last time here. I've been getting the breakfast burrito and today I'm running late for work I grab the bag from them and it's not even close to the size I have been getting. They shorted me meat. That's not counting the times they haven't had Frisco bread or they didnt cook the ham on the Frisco or the overcooked fries. Won't be doing business here again

Bad experience. Rude employee. Gave me wrong food then acted like it was my fault. My order came to 10.03. She handed me back 9.95 from a 20.00. Said she had no pennies. Had no napkins. Had no milkshakes. Sad way to do business.

I hadn't been to Hardies in years... (litterally). I travel for work and got away from fast food bugers etc. I had a Mushroom Swiss Burger meal. The burger was fantastic! The fries were.. well... fries.

Vicki at the Westminster location was extremely rude and ineffective at her job. I ordered a breakfast combo. Simple enough, right? Well, not for Vicki. She didn't even include the biscuit in the bag. When I drove the twenty minutes back to fix the problem. She was rude and unapologetic.

My last 3 visits were absolutely horrendous. My food was cold each time. The last time I stopped I got the wrong sandwich. I’ll never go back unless I have no choice

The shift leader, Courtney, is VERY rude. I spend way too much money here to be talked to the way she talked to me. Orders are incorrect more often than they are correct. That alone is bad enough, but then when you have a “leader” talking to customers like they are dogs….UNBELIEVABLE!! I visit this location 5-6 times per week, but I will take my money across the street where they know how to talk to people from now on. Don’t waste your money here, folks!! They don’t appreciate it AT ALL!!
***EDITED to say that I went back today (02/08/2025) and it was not a very good experience. The sign outside said they were serving breakfast until noon. We got there at 11:25 and were told breakfast was over and they were only serving lunch. I have no idea why. I don’t think it was a lack of employees, bc we did see an employee smoking and on the phone outside the front door. The employee did throw the cigarette down and go back inside while we were still there. We left. Eva’s across the street took good care of us! Y’all should check them out!! Much better service and food and it was a lot more affordable!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The crew hardees had tonight is on point. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh, good and hot. Great job!

Bought 2. 5 dollar bags got home and was only 2 sandwiches in the bag .called them and they said the other 2 was there .drove back and they denied they said that .ill never go there again .nothing is ever wright in there drive through

Went through the drive-thru and got an uncooked Frisco Burger with the saltiest Fries ever. If I get sick They'll pay for the doctor and hospital. Ate half of the burger and it seemed to be getting raw and as I looked at what was left half was cooked and half was barely browned.
