Went through the drive through tonight. Ordered 2 #1 combo's with no mayo. I waited 25 minutes for my food. 3 cars drove off while I waited I would have also but had already paid. When I finally got home there was mayo on both burgers! My wife is allergic to mayo so could not eat it. This is redicilous and yes I should have checked but I said no mayo he repeated it and I also confirmed when I got to the window that it was no mayo. This is redicilous!

They let me down for the last time here. I've been getting the breakfast burrito and today I'm running late for work I grab the bag from them and it's not even close to the size I have been getting. They shorted me meat. That's not counting the times they haven't had Frisco bread or they didnt cook the ham on the Frisco or the overcooked fries. Won't be doing business here again

Bad experience. Rude employee. Gave me wrong food then acted like it was my fault. My order came to 10.03. She handed me back 9.95 from a 20.00. Said she had no pennies. Had no napkins. Had no milkshakes. Sad way to do business.

I hadn't been to Hardies in years... (litterally). I travel for work and got away from fast food bugers etc. I had a Mushroom Swiss Burger meal. The burger was fantastic! The fries were.. well... fries.

They need to just shut this down like everything else in Westminster. The biscuits are terrible now and taste like they are made HOURS before.
The experience in Westminster SC was horrible. Cursing on the front line and customer who felt like everyone there needed to hear her and her partners phone conversation.

Vicki at the Westminster location was extremely rude and ineffective at her job. I ordered a breakfast combo. Simple enough, right? Well, not for Vicki. She didn't even include the biscuit in the bag. When I drove the twenty minutes back to fix the problem. She was rude and unapologetic.

My last 3 visits were absolutely horrendous. My food was cold each time. The last time I stopped I got the wrong sandwich. I’ll never go back unless I have no choice

The shift leader, Courtney, is VERY rude. I spend way too much money here to be talked to the way she talked to me. Orders are incorrect more often than they are correct. That alone is bad enough, but then when you have a “leader” talking to customers like they are dogs….UNBELIEVABLE!! I visit this location 5-6 times per week, but I will take my money across the street where they know how to talk to people from now on. Don’t waste your money here, folks!! They don’t appreciate it AT ALL!!
***EDITED to say that I went back today (02/08/2025) and it was not a very good experience. The sign outside said they were serving breakfast until noon. We got there at 11:25 and were told breakfast was over and they were only serving lunch. I have no idea why. I don’t think it was a lack of employees, bc we did see an employee smoking and on the phone outside the front door. The employee did throw the cigarette down and go back inside while we were still there. We left. Eva’s across the street took good care of us! Y’all should check them out!! Much better service and food and it was a lot more affordable!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
