Man when I tell you this was the place to be while having an extraordinary meal. I mean it! The atmosphere was so loving 🥰 and friendly. For it to have been me and my husbands first time you would’ve thought we were one of the frequent visitors, who could tell you what nights they have what type of meals 😆… I felt so loved there and like the folks eating near me (really the whole place) were my close friends or relatives. I told the hostess we were constantly looking for hidden jewels and she told me, “well hun this is just that”, as I entered the buffet area…and it was just that. I suggest you try everything 🤣 because it was all amazing 🤤 Oooooo but that potato salad I suggest it highly omg taste sooooo amazing. We plan to have many more meals here. Thanks everyone for helping turn a bad day into a loving stuffed one full of good stories good food and loving energy!

Old school place to eat and hear music. Last time it was kerioke. Food is average but I've only had the steak dinner so far. Way out and in country atmosphere

This place is one of the most unique restaurants I've ever been in! Just outside of the tiny town of Yamessee, I was told this used to be Nixon Chevrolet. Sure enough, it's easy to see where the showroom and the service shop was, even the lube pits. Now it's a buffet restaurant with limited hours and great southern food. Nothing fancy but very good. There are a few smaller tables but most share long tables with others. There's so much in this place to see it's safe to say you won't see it all. The staff, including Harold's nephews and nieces, were VERY friendly, too! I'll be back.

So upon arrival, you have to go through a bar area where its a little noisy with loud music to get to back part of the building where the food is served. This is all Southern cooked food, very delicious biscuits...they should be in their own food group.

We wanted to try a new place and we decided on Harold's in the little town of Yemmesee SC and we were so happy we did . Saturday Night is Steak night and you have to make reservations,times are for 630 or 800 o'clock we went at 8 . They have a band that starts at 8 also and we were really good .The steak was a ribeye and was at least 16 ozs baked potatoes yeast rolls and salad and tea for 25 dollars and the steak was so tender and seasoned to perfection. If you want to try some place new ,go to Harold's .Don't miss out on this legendary place
