I cannot give modern McDonald's locations high service/atmosphere ratings as there are barely any human interactions. This location was clean. Got us our food. The stall in the men's room almost trapped me due to a missing handle. They may be fixing it, but I had nobody to report it to. Heck, straws were out and got replaced, but when I tried asking an employee about it, they didn't acknowledge that I was trying to speak to them.

Terrible customer service. People left after they paid for their orders because the service was not timely. Order coffee sugar and cream on the side the server gave me 15 packs of sugar and 8 creams.

McD's SURE ain't what it used to be !! Customer service?? Almost non-existant !! Forced to order via a kiosk; cashier seemed VERY annoyed that she even had to speak, and then wasn't sure how to worksheet register ( I'm assuming she was a rookie?); longer wait than even what I expected; beverage station needed cleaned AND re-stocked (lids, straws, napkin were no where to be found). The ONLY positive thing was that the food REALLY WAS FRESHLY COOKED ........
