KFC Reviews
This KFC has some serious issues that need to be resolved. We were there at peak dinner time, between 6 and 6:30 pm, and the buffet was practically empty. When we asked if they were going to bring out more chicken for the buffet, they looked at us like we were ruining their day. This KFC has improved significantly under new management. The atmosphere is clean, service is excellent, and the chicken is no longer greasy. The transformation from bad to amazing is clear, with even the chicken livers cooked perfectly. Portions are generous, though service can be a bit slow, but the food is hot and fresh. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible on the opposite side of the drive-thru. Customers appreciate the great staff and convenient location, with some mentioning that this is one of the few KFCs still offering a buffet with comfort food and vegetables. However, there are some issues such as loud noise coming from the overhead light, which makes dining less pleasant, and the need for better communication about sides, as sometimes the mashed potato bowl arrives without a side, and customers had to specify what they wanted.
