First time visit. I been trying to get there for months and today everthing lined up just right. Greeted as soon as I got out of my car with a smile and an upbeat welcome. I knew what I wanted. Get me that family pack deal. Got it home and fixed me a plate. The ribs were fall off the bone and moist, smoked just right. The pulled pork was spot on. Poppa Smokes BBQ trailer — absolutely delicious and super affordable! The brisket was smoky and tender, and the whole menu hits. Friendly service, big portions, and I just found out they also do catering for events! Definitely keeping them in mind for future parties.
