Service was really slow waited for 20 min to order the food then it took over 30 to get it from the drive thru. Once we got our food I should if looked instead of having my oldest but the order wasn't right and we were missing half of order... 0 stars very disappointed with that Arby's

Ordered some food for delivery because I'm too sick to go out. A sandwich was missing and they didn't even put forks for the Mac n cheese, a straw for the drink, and no Arby's sauce even though it was listed on my order because you know everyone just loves dry meat and bread for $6.19 each.

My husband ordered and paid at the drive through, and then waited 25 minutes in line for them to tell him that they don’t have roast beef!! That was when they just opened as he went at 11:05! How are they out of their signature meat for the day before it even starts?! Not even positive it’ll go back on our credit card because we did not want anything else, and why 25 minutes in line? We’ve heard other complaints so not sure how you can even stay open?!! Zero rating if it would let me, and if we could give a negative rating we would!!!

Put an onion bun on my half lb roast beef and when I called because im allergic it pissed the guy off that answered the phone

I waited behind a vehicle that already got their food for 15 minutes while the driver chatted with the drive thru attendant. When I got my food it was stone cold and soggy. And when I commented on it, the next employee told me its OK, your order just got finished. I know for a fact thats a lie because there's no possible way for it to be soggy cold garbage 45 seconds after it was made. Just a bunch of lasers working there.
