Most of my interactions with this place have been excellent while dining there…but the last time I ordered takeout, I have to say, the gal who handed my food to me was far from friendly. She was sulking, cold, and wouldn’t even look me in the eyes. The only thing I can think of for this reaction is that I did not tip on the takeout order. Some people may disagree, but I think a tip is reserved as a reward for great service. An online order is not service, and therefore not deserving of a tip in the same way that I would not tip the workers at the deli in Ken’s Foods when I buy some fried chicken. Either way, I don’t really want to go back, and if I do, they proved why you shouldn’t tip on takeout. Being sulky and rude because you think you deserve a tip for passing food across the counter, and absolutely nothing more, is bratty behavior. But like I said, while I’ve dined in the store all of my experiences have been positive.

Had our company's farewell party here. The service was impeccable. Food plentiful and drinks. For what I paid for, it was over and beyond what I could have asked for. Our main waitress was absolutely fantastic!

Can’t even get served a drink with a vertical ID, dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Scan my ID and figure it out
If you have a vertical ID and over 21. They “dont allow Vertical IDs” to be served a drink even tho it’s a legal government issued ID. Couldn’t give me a true answer on why.

The Aberdeen Location is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever, I like their wings and like their fry’s but the service here is terrible. I have given them multiple opportunities to improve, even giving them suggestions such as “bring the food out as soon as it’s done”. We recently went there with 6 people and got seated as soon as we got in, as there wasn’t many people there. The waitress came by and said I’ll be right with you, about 20min goes by and she comes over and says okay sorry about the wait and we shrugged it off like maybe they are behind. So we ordered our food and I asked her politely if she can bring the food out as it get completed, she said she would mention it to the runner. About 45min goes by and we are starting to wonder what happened to our waitress because we all needed refills by this point. She showed up awhile later with our food and it was ice cold, the fry’s, the wings, the burger everything!! So we told her we are not eating it and sent it all back, she said okay I’ll see what we can do and not joking 3-5min later she comes out with hot wings and a new burger. 😐 why couldn’t she just bring it out right away we asked her and she got defensive. She then forgot about our fries and refills on drinks. This place sucks, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Service was absolutely horrible. We sat 10 minutes at the bar before we were handed food menus. We ordered boneless wings and a side salad, it took over an hour and complaining to the manager before we got our food. We watched 4 other tables eat their food that ordered after us. Then when our food came out, it was the wrong food. Bartender could care less. At least they compt our dinner but wouldn’t ever come here again.
