I did a door dash couldn't even get my order right. Was missing a cini mini and top it off didn't get the icing for the cini mini. Or for real if you don't have the icing then shouldn't sell them.

Got two rodeo burgers and a medium sized fries and I scarfed down a burger and fries in less than five mins I was starving literally and it was delicious besides the little bit of a longer wait time in drive through it was worth it!

Had a large to go order and they were fast and courteous!
20 minutes to get cold food. They said we had to wait on chicken to cook so that was fresh and everything else was cold. Also $6 to upgrade to a large meal for ten extra French fries and a few ounces of pop. I order the same meal every time I eat there and it's a different price every time. No need for me to ever go back after all of this. Do better!

It took 25 minutes to get part of my order. They had one sandwich wrong and another wasn't on the tray. It took another 10 minutes (total of 35 minutes) to get my complete meal. I am not sure what is wrong with their procedures or processes but I always hear them telling drive through customers to park in the parking lot while their food is made in the slowest manner possible. Not sure if they need more people or a different kitchen layout or something. Most certainly it is not fast food. They need some help getting this figured out.

Stopped by as we were going through town. It appeared to be a bit under staffed. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food. I heard number of times. Dont take any more orders. We have to do these first. 3 tickets on the rail shouldnt be a show stopper. It was as expected from a BK on the food. I would opt to choose otherwise if back in town.
