Food was awesome....wouldn't have minded a refill on my pop, but was never asked. Maybe they don't do free refills?

Poor service , bartenders sat on their butt's majority of the night advertise a band for 10 people to show with poor quality. Heard new owners gave them benefit of the doubt. Could use a few bartending and management classes. Like to call cops on PAYING customers because they're straight up lazy !

Waited to be served and no one came back to take our drink order or food order. Bartender was too busy looking at her phone. New owner was a couple feet away from us visiting. Left and no one cared. Old owner was prompt to greet, get our drink and food order. Be awhile before we contemplate trying it again.
Larger group went in for lunch. Staff did an excellent job! Not one cup went empty. We all had the special (spaghetti with salad starter). Big guy portion size. Some plates were not emptied. A rare scene in today's world. The group agreed we will all return. Looking forward to trying our next City Lights lunch special!
