Drive Through: With all the jokes about coffee shop prices i wouldn't know if this place was expensive or not. I said i had food allergies and have never been here. I told her the allergy and said said I think you should be fine Not let me check. Other than not really doing that part of your job they were nice. I was hungry and ordered it. I was hoping what she said was right and she just was not wanting to even pretend to check!! No reaction (I carry epi pen). I know iI paid too much for a sandwich I could not and would not eat. I like chabotta bread but have never had it so hard and dry it was hard to chew!! I'm not sure what was on top, the red dusting of seasoning that was messy on your hands. What Philly cheeseteak filling? The filling was applied Ilke when you butter toast. That's how the cheessteak appeared in the dry bread, spread. The chai was great. So buy the coffee and then go to Jimmy John's or Subway. You can see, taste, and enjoy that! I never go to coffee shops. My last coffee shop experience was Esspress Yourself. That was some good coffee! I will not return.

Refused to make my order for a doordash. Ordered 2 times and both times wrong items and then refused to make correct items. Tried calling the store to speak with someone but it only ever goes to an answering machine. Terrible place.

I am spoiled by one of the great Dunn Brothers in Elk River, and was very pleased to see a new Dunn's here in Aberdeen to continue the Great Tradition!

As this is my home away from home, I will be back!

Staff and management is top-notch and waiting to make this a great stop!

Ordered muffins to be picked up at 9. When I arrived I was told they were not ready and I would have to wait 5 minutes which turned into 10. When I got to the school with my gift of muffins for the office staff I noticed a bad smell so I checked them out and saw they were burned and inedible. Ridiculous that I had to actually wait for this garbage.

Five-Star Morning at Dunn Brothers CoffeeStepping into Dunn Brothers Coffee is akin to being embraced by the warmth of a long-lost friend. My recent visit was uplifted by the sublime experience of their hot chocolate paired with a scrumptious croissant—visual proof attached! The chocolate was rich and velvety, a liquid hug for the soul, while the croissant was a flaky, buttery masterpiece, its layers whispering tales of artisan dedication with every bite. The highlight of my visit, however, was the customer service, a standard set so high by an individual named Doug, whose meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for customers shone through like a beacon of excellence.Doug’s service was not just a mere transaction but a heartfelt interaction that left me, and undoubtedly every patron he encounters, feeling valued and understood. This isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s a destination where every sip and morsel is curated to perfection.Dunn Brothers Coffee deserves more than a mere visit; it demands a recurring spot on your calendar.Whether it’s Doug's exceptional service or the divine hot chocolate and croissant I savored, this is a place that turns any ordinary morning into a memorable one.

I understand they brew coffee and not the same person makes the coffee everyday..but it always tastes like they use spoiled creamer. sometimes coffee is good and sometimes I REGRET STOPPING there. And it’s too pricey. Dunn Brothers is like the ugly twin of Starbucks.

Ordered the vanilla iced nirvana - I got an iced coffee some sort of sweetener or syrup in it. I also asked for decaf but unsure this is even decaf so I can’t drink it. I really love the vanilla iced nirvana but maybe the recipe is changed?
