This food was absolutely horrible! I was a manager at Little Caesars for a lot of years and this food was awful today! My crazy bread had not even seen any crazy bread spread and little to no parmesean/kosher salt mixture. I got Pepperoni puffs and they were cold and hard and had obviously been sitting for quite awhile although I was there in my time window! Pretty sure they were left overs from lunch. This is the second time we have given them a try with the new owners and we won't be going back. They have NO idea how to prepare the Little Caesars menu items and I am kind of disgusted I spent $10.15 on lunch that was not edible

Took forever-- like 25 minutes that was after i sat on the drive thru and didn't get helped--i went inside with only one person in front of me which the worker didn't understand English so he couldn't help the guy in front of me...I ordered just a normal pepperoni pizza was not much better than cardboard, only positive was Italian cheese were good tho

I got my crazy puffs and one box of them they were all hard you can even bite into them. If you want them check them before you go and leave!!!!!
Was told it would be 5 to 10 minute's for the pizza. It took about 25 minutes.

This food has gone way down hill since the new owners took over. We have given them try, after try, after try since this WAS my kid's favorite pizza. It is like the owners changed the crust/dough for everything! We go and one time it is under cooked, the last TWO times the pizza and crazy bread are over cooked, crispy but airy! I don't think the new owners took time to the learn the ways from the previous owner; which is very unfortunate! Not sure if we will ever go back and sometimes during our busy time we would go once a week.

Horrible customer service from a female that works there, don't know her name. Around 6:13pm on June 30th, waited for our food along with another customer and the lady at the counter just had such a nasty attitude with everyone and got someone's order wrong because she didn't wanna listen and then when I asked for an extra sauce she got an even bigger attitude and threw the sauce from the fridge to the counter (about 4 feet) and gave even more of an attitude. Absolutely bullshit and uncalled for especially since we all watched her walk into the building with that attitude. Definitely made me feel so unwelcomed and uncomfortable to the point I don't think I will ever order from there again

Went and got my food and got home. Was the wrong order. it was in the place to type in your code. Tried to call and tell them, and I had someone on the line that did not speak very good English and was talking to someone else at the time. Told me to bring it back or eat it!!! Really!!! the wings stunk so bad like they were spoiled. had to through them out because of the smell. Will not be going there again. This place has really went down the toilet.
