This food has gone way down hill since the new owners took over. We have given them try, after try, after try since this WAS my kid's favorite pizza. It is like the owners changed the crust/dough for everything! We go and one time it is under cooked, the last TWO times the pizza and crazy bread are over cooked, crispy but airy! I don't think the new owners took time to the learn the ways from the previous owner; which is very unfortunate! Not sure if we will ever go back and sometimes during our busy time we would go once a week.

Horrible customer service from a female that works there, don't know her name. Around 6:13pm on June 30th, waited for our food along with another customer and the lady at the counter just had such a nasty attitude with everyone and got someone's order wrong because she didn't wanna listen and then when I asked for an extra sauce she got an even bigger attitude and threw the sauce from the fridge to the counter (about 4 feet) and gave even more of an attitude. Absolutely bullshit and uncalled for especially since we all watched her walk into the building with that attitude. Definitely made me feel so unwelcomed and uncomfortable to the point I don't think I will ever order from there again

Went and got my food and got home. Was the wrong order. it was in the place to type in your code. Tried to call and tell them, and I had someone on the line that did not speak very good English and was talking to someone else at the time. Told me to bring it back or eat it!!! Really!!! the wings stunk so bad like they were spoiled. had to through them out because of the smell. Will not be going there again. This place has really went down the toilet.

the worker was incredibly rude to me, pretty sure he spat in my food. and got incredibly mad when i didnt acknowledge him calling my name the first time. im deaf, and i did not have my hearing aids on. the food was even worse than the service-- the pretzel crust was too salty, it was flat and tasted like salted cardboard. and i could barely choke it down... even the cheap sauce that you guys sell barely masked the awful high cholesterol food you are serving.

disgusting. the pretzel crust was horrible, it was not hot. it had some disgusting cheese on it that i was not expecting. the stuffed crust had hairs on it and barely any cheese. the only thing good about this place is the two liter soda and the slices n sticks. i refuse to spend a daily paycheck on what little ceasers calls “amazing” “to die for” i was in the bathroom for hours with food poisoning. probably from that cheap ass cheese update: had to feed it to our beautiful puppy. im so sorry for putting her through that. i hope her bowels recover- which mine have not. second update: i forgot to mention i think a worker masturbated into our food- i dont know what that is…
Unfortunately this franchise has been sold to new owners who have forced all current employees to reapply and at a severely reduced pay rate per hour. Supposedly incentives will be offered but I doubt that will make up for the loss and pay, I've never seen it work in any franchise ever.
By forcing employees to reapply and to lower the rate of pay is a terrible way to introduce yourself to our community.
Little Caesars at least once a week especially their lunch deal, I will no longer be touching this business.

The young lady working behind the counter gave me incorrect change, and when challenged on it she wordlessly pointed me to the donations bucket and refused to engage any further. The pizza was good though.
