Past few weeks Everytime I went there for breakfast lately there's egg shells in the breakfast sandwiches. And when I take them back to get different ones those had egg shells to. Decided to try supper.. ordered pickup, order was made wrong and don't order nuggets after 10 because there always hard.

I'm flabbergasted that the curbside pickup seems to never work anymore. I've sat for 20 minutes on two separate occasions now, feeling like an idiot. At which point I go through the drive thru and they immediately know who I am and hand me my cold food. There is some kind of disconnect happening where the convenience of the mobile ordering completely fails and the only way to certainly get your order is to be right in front of someones face. I guess I've learned my lesson at this point.

The ladies restroom looked like it had been mopped with greasy water so slick I had to hang on to the wall to walk. Went to front counter and staff said no it wasn’t greasy water and cont on walking away instead of going to check on it. I could just see an elderly person slip and fall and really get hurt. You need to add Dawn to your water if you have that much problem with grease.

Walked in on my way to work, about a dozen flies right when you walk in. To ignore them and continue handling food is an intentional decision made by management and staff.

I've been to this McDonald's twice this last week. Both times they left items out of my order or gave me the incorrect item. I called the location the first time, I got coupons for the mistake. The second time they didn't offer to fix the mistake.
Update - Joe called from McDonald's, talked through the situation and offered to compensate our meals for the mistake. I've updated the review.

This McDonald's staff was very pleasant! No wait at front counter. ( some locations you have to wait forever for someone to come up from the back to wait on you) exceptional location.
I never write reviews but after what me and my family witnessed while eating our food, I feel the need to. We had ordered our food and were eating it, everything was going just fine. Then one of the workers brothers brought in worms. The manager saw, and said he can’t bring that in here but he didn’t leave or move. He stayed there with his worms on the counter. The manager just turned around and asked one of the employees why her brother brought worms in here. The sister walked over and told him to throw it away and he couldn’t do that. Still sat there with the worms on the counter. That’s unsanitary itself, but then I saw him show a worker his worms. She picked them up and then set it back down, turned around and touched food without washing her hands. Then another worker set two bags of food beside the worms on the counter, that she was going to bring out to a customer. The boy with the worms grabs one of these bags of food, that was not for him and he hadn’t washed his hands either. She then takes that food and brings it out to the customer. That’s just very unsanitary and I don’t understand why it’s ok to bring worms or any bugs or live animals into the food place, let the workers touch it and then touch food without washing their hands.
