Every time I go for breakfast, there is something missing. It’s not that hard to make a big breakfast with pancakes, today they didn’t give me any butter and my biscuit was super hard on the bottom. They only use kiosks, very unsocial and unfriendly. Awkward to use and not at all appealing. They have taken the customer service away and made it a very poor experience.

This McDonald's is remodeled, making it so most people can't see in the kitchen. I sat in a spot where I could see the kitchen. I just watched a lady grab a mop, put the mop over her shoulder with the mop end slinging behind her at head height. She walked by the fries and shimmied the handle of the deep fryer while the end of the mop was at head height swinging behind her. They can watch the camers to confirm this. It happened around 7:03pm 1/26/2025. Not only did they not complete my order and forgot simple things like they do the majority of the time, they also aren't sanitary. I will also speak for most people. We don't want your shitty ketchup packets, follow Whataburger, and put ketchup in the style of container the ranch comes in.

Although the food was okay, we are very disappointed in the lack of personal service since this McDonald's has gone to kiosk ordering. The one employee we came in contact with was very nice, but this has become a cold atmosphere. Your business model has gone from how much can we do for you to how little. Sad!

I went to this place last night because my children were very excited to get the Crocs shoe toy, I ordered 2 happy meals and when they opened it there was another toy inside, I asked the girl and when she noticed that my English was not fluent she simply told me that there were no crocs! I felt it like a scam because when I placed the order on their computer it clearly said that it was available, on top of everything I had to go a second time to ask them for the 2 apple juices that they didn't bring to the table either, and they didn't put it on the table either. box the ketchup packets. Terrible service, Latinos also bring money to their business, they should be kinder

Usually don’t have issues but they could not get our order right at all and then the manager was absolutely rude. Will not be going to this McDonald’s again for awhile

Extremely rude customer service guy taking my order laughing then I asked if something was funny and he said are you trying to be funny today ? Um guy your laughing threw the speaker making absolutely no sense. Then go up to the window and he can’t even greet us after being extremely rude , he’s hiding behind a girl . As she says that’s just his personality. Okay . No , the guy sounds and acts like he’s high . Will not be back will go to the other McDonalds . What in the actual hell . Is going on there .
