Yuck! Worst pizza EVER!!
Followed all of the directions to the T, wound up with a gooey, doughy mess. The whole bottom of the pizza was still RAW dough! The trays that they are cooked on don't work! This is the 2nd time this has happened!!
It was an expensive mess. (Had one slice and threw it away!)
Have someone make and bake your pizza and have it delivered! Don't waste your money on this junk!
The thought of it just makes me shudder!

I was a walk in customer. They asked if I ordered online. I told them no. They informed me it will be a 45 minute to an hour wait because they have to fill online orders before they help in store customers.

I called ahead to place a pizza order, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t very smooth. It took several attempts for the staff member to understand what I was ordering, and during the call I was left on hold for a few minutes while I could hear laughing and side conversations in the background. I ended up having to repeat my order multiple times before it was entered correctly, and I also had to ask for the price and wait time.
When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, it took about five minutes before anyone came to the counter to assist me, and again the staff member was distracted on the phone. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and not very customer-focused, which was disappointing.

i Absolutely love the pizza and food they have! Let me just tell you this i have seen a lot of negative stuff here i have always went to papa murphy's at least every Tuesday to get their deal since January .. I dont know what the store has been through but i can say this i have seen the manager her name is Kimberly i believe she just got the position not to long ago she doesn't seem to know what she is doing very disrespectful then you have the guy with the glasses i believe his name tag said Nathan every time i go in and order he is very hostile impatient rude and disrespectful to his colleagues about two or three weeks ago he and another gal employee were yelling and screaming as i was walking through the front door almost as if they were at home this used to be a store i enjoyed going to and ordering food it has gone to complete garbage store is always fifthly and usually they only have maybe two to 1 person up front working while 4 or 5 of them sit in the back and are just standing there laughing on there phones reminds me the day they two kids were yelling an screaming the young gal had headphones in and her phone sitting next to the till watching a movie and this was the gal that was rough housing with the guy name manager its a SHAME this place is being run into the ground when it used to be a great place they need to get their store in order i also just want to say if i ever come back in again and hear i am assuming the manager or asst yelling or being disrespectful towards others or my self it will be the last. WATCH YOUR FOOD FOR HAIR THE EMPOYLEES ARE ALWAYS EATING OFF THE LINE DONT WASH THEIR HANDS ONLINE ORDERS TAKE ABOUT 25 MINS TO GET DONE WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE A CERTAIN TIME

I called my order in a head of time because I can not have sauce on my pizza. I did ask for sauce on the side, which I was told they would definitely do that. The pizza was not ready or made to order. Didn't get the sauce on the side and the girl on the phone absolutely shouldn't be in working with the public. I want to say her name is Carmelita. I have had hair rapped in my pizza more than once for this pizza place. They always say they will make it right but never happens. I have given this papa Murphys 3 chances. No more. This pizza place obviously doesn't care if they have return customers. That is sad this is a very small town.
