I called my order in a head of time because I can not have sauce on my pizza. I did ask for sauce on the side, which I was told they would definitely do that. The pizza was not ready or made to order. Didn't get the sauce on the side and the girl on the phone absolutely shouldn't be in working with the public. I want to say her name is Carmelita. I have had hair rapped in my pizza more than once for this pizza place. They always say they will make it right but never happens. I have given this papa Murphys 3 chances. No more. This pizza place obviously doesn't care if they have return customers. That is sad this is a very small town.

Everything was good except they had some machine in the back those making a horrible noise like a tornado was tearing the backroom apart, so it was hard to talk to the workers.

Second time they’ve messed up my orders I Ordered pepperoni pizza and got this…pizza doesn’t even reach the edges of the plate and they also Forgot, two marinara sauces for the cheesy bread.

We love Papa murphy's! Did you know that you can get a blank crust and take it home and put whatever you want on it?

I will say that the quality of your pizza is going to be better if you order it there and wait for it, rather than ordering ahead online. We get the same pizza pretty much every time, and if we order it in person, it is cheesier and meatier than if we pre-order online. Always delicious either way.

Terrible customer service. I called about a pizza made wrong, I asked if I should bring the one I got back. I was told no, they cannot resell it. I went to get my pizza and they argued with me and told me to bring back the wrong made pizza.
