We had a party of 12 (we called ahead) and it took awhile for them to seat us, get our drinks, and take our food order. My mother's food was cold and not very good. Mine was ok but overall they need to step up their game.

Please understand that the day I was here they had one chef, and one server, and very busy. This was caused by the same post covid phenomenon that seems to be effecting all food service right now. It was slower service than normal, but considering the conditions, I was extremely satisfiedFood was perfect.

First, I ordered 2 chicken pot pie meals, including salads and a slice of pie, to go. Shortly after I ordered, they call me saying they only had 1 chicken pot pie. Fine, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a grilled cheese sandwich, to replace 1 pot pie. I get there to pick up the dinners and ask if the pumpkin pie was still in there and silverware. The cashier said yes to both. I get back to my hotel, no pumpkin pie and no silverware. When I called, the response was, well you weren't charged for the pie. Maybe before you respond with certainty, maybe you should check the oder.

I would love to be able to call you to get my delivery charge refunded but your phone doesn’t work. Door Dash said you owe us the refund not them. You are the ones that set up delivery with them, not me. If you can’t read between the lines…don’t use the delivery from Perkins. My husband ended up picking up our food 1.5 hours after it was supposed to be delivered. And they wouldn’t refund us the delivery charge. Plus they just let our food sit there and get cold and blamed Door Dash for not picking up the order.

we had to take 2nd and 3rd choice because they were out of several items on the menu. when my pot roast came it looked more like little pieces of chislic in a little gravy with a few peas and finely chopped carrots. the temperature of what should have been hot food was cooler than lukewarm. Very disappointed

The place looked dingy, I think they where short staffed because while we where waiting a staff member answered the phone and ask the person on the line if they where coming in or not. I was seated at a table that had syrup on it. I waited for a server and no one acknowledged us. I am thankful because looking around I don't think I would eat there.

For the second time in as many times, you can’t get door dash orders right. If you are going to be on the program get it right. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Can trust their food to be enough. Our waitress was great and took care of us. Had the potato pancakes and sausages. Enjoyed them, also a chocolate shake. Good malty taste.
