We had to wait about 20 minutes to get our pizza which is normal but it would have been great if we would have been notified. We just had to kind of guess when it was done

We made a complaint to the manager, and his responded back to us that we are lying that he's not going to deal with us to call corporate and then he hung up on me and my wife. The order was terrible and cold even the bread sticks was frozen. I think everyone should check order when pick up or deliver at all times

Brought half our order then had door dash deliver some of what was missing. Called and curt was absolutely rude. Never received everything we ordered and paid for. The first time we called the girl just laughed at us. Less than 1 star.

The driver gave my order to "some kids that appeared to be around 6 years old at the end of my driveway" - when I explained we don't have kids that young and we did not get our order - he got extremely vulgar and started yelling. The manager heard the whole situation and did nothing. We did not get so much as an apology for our missing order or the way I was talked to. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

UPDATE: the service at the location in Aberdeen has been fantastic since they moved to State Street. I have been impressed........ Stopped and had Pizza here tonight and I think they must have finally fired every one including managers and replaced the entire team. The service was excellent and so was the food.... Literally this is the first time they did anything but bad since they moved to this location. I really hope this was not just a fluke of great service and this becomes the norm. I know they will become extremely busy again if they keep up service like we had tonight.
