My only complaint is we pay almost 20 bucks for a bowl and a drink and the portions are terrible they if you're gonna charge me 20 bucks fill that bowl up please the portions are one of the reaosns why i have stopped coming here... 20 bucks and im still hungry. its been like this for almost 2 years here. Come on!

Pathetic. Less than a half full bowl of vegetarian make your own bowl for 12. Kid ordered $18 meal and his tortilla make your own pork bowl was less than half full. Very disappointed. Won’t be doing that again. Spent over $60 for 4 items. Didn’t deliver to correct door, messaged driver. She stated the app doesn’t always give the delivery instructions. She did not get her cash tip unfortunately. The lack of order is not her fault. She was on time. Good job to her.

Usually visit here a couple times a week to pick up dinner on the way home. Typically, seems like the night shift is ran by a group of younger guys. They are always kind, helpful and friendly. Visited last night and the old hag they had running the register was an unfortunate addition. She was cold, rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. She continually berated the young man making the food on the line, telling him everything he was doing was wrong. I understand following policies and procedures set by the business. HOWEVER, this is something you talk to the employee about KINDLY, after the customer leaves - not directly in front of the customer. I found it profoundly unprofessional and I can only imagine the abhorrent work environment this woman makes for the rest of the employees. I'm not sure if she's a manager or what, but next time I see her in there, I'm driving somewhere else for food. I do want to absolutely point out that the gentlemen typically working the night shift are awesome and this was the only negative experience I've had at this Qdoba. That woman needs to find a back office job with no customers involved where she is free to frown and make back handed comments to herself all she wants.

The food is good, but the inside is ALWAYS dirty. It's always a mess garbage here and there and on the floor tables always dirty the floor needs deep cleaning. The front of the house represents the back of the house. You can't expect the kitchen to be clean if the sitting area is like this.

Was just there today. There was an older woman who had fingernails painted black, I believe, who was completely rude to me when I was placing my order. She never once smiled, and when I would ask for specific toppings while not saying exactly what they were called, she would respond rudely with "what". I know a thing or two about customer service. Whoever she is should not be at the counter serving guests. Unfortunately, I likely will not return. I want to feel welcomed and be greeted with excellent service. This wasn't it. If the owner reads this, you might want to have a chat with this individual and be careful who you have at the front. There was a guy with a beard who was very friendly. Thank you, my friend.

PS. I had asked for a receipt, as well, from the woman. She didn't even care to look at me or respond to me. She quickly attended to another customer.

most of the workers here are nice but the lady working register today was really rude and was really mean towards our group and we didn't do anything. she's been really cranky and she's was being rude to the other people working as well

I was greeted upon entering with a smile and a cheerful hello. This immediately made me excited to get to the counter to order. Jacob was very helpful, I even asked for extra veggies, offered to charge me extra if need be ( which he declined) ? He sold us on chips and guacamole to go with our entrees. I didn't even know qdoba had brownies until her asked us if we wanted to get one of those too!! Thank you Jacob for such excellent service! It was very refreshing to have excellent customer service, it is a rare thing these days.

Parking: There's a patio you can eat your food and enjoy the outdoors!!

I usually stop into this qdoba about twice a week, tonight I had messed up when giving my order and just asked for hot sauce, instead of the hottest sauce! The guy working behind the counter was super understanding and remade it for me on the spot no questions asked even though I felt bad! Awesome customer service, and awesome place ! Shout out to the swole guy who helped me, I think his name was Jadon!

Recently visited Qdobas as a takeout. Got a sweet and spicy cholula chicken burrito, very good, lots of flavor. Definitely one of my favorite places in town for gigantic burritos, all of their grilled chicken is to die for and their queso is always hot and delicious.The only thing I’d add is smashing the ingredients together more. Gives the burritos an even distribution of goodies. Even still, they are always excellent.
