Half the time they're overwhelmed and unable to get the orders done. Waste of time.

I came in from supper tonight at 7:30p after working night shifts all week. This is my only meal of the day since I just woke up and I’m 20 weeks pregnant. They make me a meal with under cooked hard rice, missing several ingredients on the like line. I go up to the register because I am u able to eat hard rice. Cameron the manager tell me they can remake it to go wait in line. Now the line is leading all the way out the door. I clarify they want me to wait in line again for food I’ve already paid for? They said yes, this customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve only been disappointed with the evening crew.
