Let's get straight into it: It was fine. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't very satisfied. I've been here a few times and tried different things on the menu.
The Good: There are a variety of dishes (all taste pretty good or fine)! If you dont know exactly what you want to eat, this is a good place that serves a few decent options.
The Bad: The cost was very expensive for the quality of food we got. I understand Ruby Tuesday is a chain, but honestly, I am very surprised how much $20 a plate gets you (I barely felt satisfied when ordering the shrimp scampi recently). I only got 10 shrimp, and it was just alot of pasta with maybe a little flavor. Honestly, I am confident I could recreate this recipe at home easily.
I've eaten other dishes here, such as the steak, the quesadilla, the burgers, and chicken crispers. The steak? Not bad, but I'd go to Maverick's or Minervas in town for a better steak at the same cost. The quesadilla? Similar story. I'd rather go to Santo Tequila or Dulces or other restaurants in town. I could even make that myself too. Burgers? Not bad, but I'd rather go to Pounders for a similar or better cost, with a significantly better flavor. Chicken crispers aren't bad, but it's hard to go wrong with fried chicken things 😂
All In all, I can't say it is "bad food" but I can't say it is good, or even what eating out should be (in my opinion). The atmosphere and service has been fine everytime I've been, but honestly, I think your dollar is better spent at some of the before-named restaurants in town.
To the Ruby Tuesdays chain I simply say this: Try adding more flavor, and less cost on your dishes. Maybe it could be better someday

Was here during a slow time. Food was good as always. Service could have been a little better, but may well have been clean-up from lunch or prep for dinner. Really no issue.
Having dietary needs I order specific items. When I ordered just a grilled salmon I was charged 18.99, the full meal price. Crazy they charged for a full meal when I only got 1 portion of it.

Today, October 28, 2024, my experience has been terrible, I must confess that it had never happened to me but today it was bad service since I entered the door, arrived at 6:45 PM and left at 8:30 at night with the food in a container for the house. Today for me the experience has been terrible.
Our old manager was back the night we stopped for super !!! She was ? great

We had never been to a Ruby Tuesdays before. Now I question why not! Very good food! All 4 of us had something different and none of us were disappointed. There's a full salad bar, which looked great. The service was great. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Definitely would recommend.

Not until they get better staffed would I recommend this place. We loved this place pre Covid. Tonight we had a wonderful server trying her best with what she had to work with it’s the first time my husband was ever served a Gin & Tonic with OLIVES!! 🤢. We had 2 steaks at our table with baked potatoes. Our baked potatoes were originally baked NIGHTS before and reheated several times!! They were little shriveled up hard footballs!! Our Husky got our steaks when we got home and he actually ate the 2 salty pieces of zucchini before he broke down and chewed on the steaks!! Our $100 meal should have only been about $30 because my husband enjoyed his pasta. The manager was made aware but did nothing. Made the waitress deal with us I guess. The waitress apologized but of course couldn’t really do anything. It will be a LONG time if we ever go back but I doubt we ever will! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
