Unprofessional and rude. Constantly streaming on tiktok. Leaves milks sitting on counter for hours on end and continues to use them to make drinks. Health code violation after health code violation.

This is an edit to a negative review I left, as I've since spoken to the GM. I wrote the review after receiving the wrong drink - not for the first time and speaking to a couple of young ladies. Both of them not very helpful (I was pretty sure, at that time, I wouldn't get any help), one of which was quite rude and made a comment that the GM was never really there, only stopping in sometimes. That kind of blew me away but I no longer believe it's true, after talking to the GM. The GM requested a refund and I thought all was done with. Cut to tonight around 8:30, an employee looks me up on social media to message me, try to guilt me, call me entitled, rude, say that the drink I was given was meant for a disabled man. I'm not sure what fault I have in that? All because she saw my Google review and didn't like that I wrote it. I know she's young - a teenager, so I won't post her name but people do have the right to post honest reviews...
