The staff at this Starbucks are so cool and kind. I come in/order from them way too often and not only do they take the time to great me by name, but sometimes they’ll label my delivery bag with cute colorful marker drawings :) Love the coffee and love the people ❤️

Used to be my favorite but after finding them closed at times they shouldnt, running out of flavors, straws, lines around the blocks, making the wrong size or wrong drink that I ordered on the app over the last few years it's just slowly became a hassle to go to.

I went on Sunday at 5:30 PM to get two coffees through the drive-thru. I asked for a ‘double espresso,’ and the girl at the intercom asked, "Americano?" I replied, "No, a Doppio with two raw sugars." She then asked, "Double espresso with two pumps of caramel?" At that point, I just drove to the window because I couldn’t hear her.
At the window, I asked, "Do you know what a Doppio is?" She replied, "OK." I asked, "How much?" She said $9.33. I handed her $10.33, expecting $1 back, but she gave me $0.95 in dimes and quarters. I told her I wanted a dollar bill, and she seemed completely confused. She finally gave me a dollar bill and closed the window, leaving me baffled. She didn’t even realize she was giving me extra money, handing it over. I told her: “This change is yours, HELLO” and she was LOST.
Are any of these cashiers good at math or giving correct change? Seriously, how can you put a “Barista” with no customer service experience on the job? Are they not responsible to make sure the register is even at the end of their shift? I know they are, but the people working right now. Do not know how to give cash back.

I am so sick of ordering my drink and getting some drink I didn’t order, it happens almost every time I go there and it’s absurd. I personally don’t like coffee so I get one of their non coffee frappes, but almost every time they make a frappe with coffee and I have to go back and get a new one. I couldn’t do that today because I was in a rush so I essentially paid for a drink I don’t like and didn’t order. It’s really absurd and I’m sick of getting the wrong drink when I just want to get something sweet, not bitter like coffee.
