The girl at the front counter with gauged ears is absolutely the rudest girl . For no reason at all watched a girl that was so sweet get belittled basically for her drink then wanted her money back and I do not blame her. That worker has a serious problem she was rude to me the last time I went there also the other day . News flash girlfriend being the rudest girl ever won't get you anywhere but fired . You have no reason at all to be the mean to people that have done nothing to you . I'm assuming you enjoy ruining people's day .

I have officially given up on even bothering checking to see when this location is open anymore. Not just the earlier and earlier closing times, but far too often the place will be closed for the day just out of the blue. And with the reduced hours, when they are open, the line is even more annoyingly long and slow most of the early afternoon; forget about during lunch time.

Drive through closed again without warning. Food, when the store bothers to be open, is almost always wrong. Can never order ahead as the store won’t allow it. Drinks made incorrectly and staff seem agitated to fix it.Be prepared to wait in line then be told that everything you want to order is out of stock. Fix your management/inventory management/ staffing or just stay closed.Honestly just avoid this one. Try the one in target if you need the Starbucks hit. Or caribou isn’t too bad.

Online hours and door sign says open at 6am...not open actually until 7:30am. Then the line is backed up to the street!
Twenty minutes in the Drive Thru. Latte was done when I finally reached the window but sandwich took another five minutes.

Horrible service, after waiting 1/2 hour in line the main item is replaced, with a hot cup of earl grey tea, No sweetener. The large food order was only made because of the speciality drink, no alternatives offered. The line to reorder is over 1/2 hour again to try to get replacement. Do way better people, this is ridiculous

Place an order ahead that was made incorrectly at drive thru so I went inside to have them fix it. It was made incorrectly again and the workers just seemed annoyed about having to fix my drink. Pumpkin cream cheese muffin was good though.
